带骨膜游离结缔组织移植在美学区即刻种植即刻负重中的应用研究

【摘要】：目的评估上颌前牙区即刻种植即刻负重中采取带骨膜游离结缔组织移植的临床美学效果。方法选择合适的65例患者微创拔牙后即刻植入种植体共65枚,均在种植区采取带骨膜游离结缔组织移植,其中10例患者植入Bio-oss骨粉,术后即刻临时义齿修复,待植体骨结合后行永久修复。从术前到永久修复后18个月,分期进行美学评价,包括唇侧丰满度和种植体红色美学分值(PES)。结果在追踪评估期间内,术前唇侧丰满度为0度5个牙位,Ⅰ度60个牙位,Ⅱ度0个牙位。即刻修复后,0个度0牙位,Ⅰ度45个牙位,Ⅱ度20个牙位。永久复后3个月PES总分值达到最大。结论在上颌美学区进行单牙即刻种植即刻负重时,采取带骨膜游离结缔组织移植,可以获得较好的美学效果。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the clinical aesthetic effect of immediate implants with periosteum free connective tissue transplantation in maxillary anterior teeth. Methods Sixty-five implants were implanted immediately after minimally invasive extraction in 65 patients. All of them were transplanted with free connective tissue with periosteum, 10 of them were implanted with Bio-oss bone powder, and temporary dentures were repaired immediately after operation. A permanent repair is performed after the implants are combined. From preoperative to 18 months after permanent restoration, aesthetic evaluation was carried out by stages, including lip fullness and implant red aesthetic score.
