ProTaper Next和M3在模拟弯曲根管内成形效果的实验研究

【摘要】:目的:利用树脂模拟根管比较ProTaper Universal、ProTaper Next与M3预备模拟根管的成形效果。方法:选取透明树脂模拟根管30个,随机分为3组,PU组、PN组和M3组,每组各10个。分别用ProTaper Universal、ProTaper Next和M3进行根管预备,记录根管预备时间、预备前后的形态图像。使用图像处理、分析软件测量各观测点树脂切割量,计算根管偏移程度以及根尖孔碎屑溢出量。结果:ProTaper Next、M3较ProTaper Universal根管预备时间短,在多个测量点的根管偏移程度小于ProTaper Universal,差异显著,有统计学意义(P0.05),ProTaper Next根尖孔碎屑溢出量少于ProTaper Universal、M3。结论:ProTaper Next和M3预备弯曲根管时能较好地保持原有根管形态,省时省力,值得推广。
[Abstract]:Aim: to compare the effects of ProTaper Universal ProTaper next and M 3 on the formation of simulated root canals. Methods: thirty transparent resin simulated root canals were randomly divided into 3 groups, PN group and M3 group, 10 in each group. ProTaper Universal ProTaper next and M3 were used for root canal preparation respectively. The root canal preparation time was recorded and the morphological images before and after preparation were recorded. Using image processing, the analysis software was used to measure the resin cutting quantity of each observation point, to calculate the root canal deviation degree and the root tip hole debris overflow amount. Results compared with ProTaper Universal root canal preparation time was shorter than that of ProTaper Universal root canal preparation time. The root canal deviation at multiple measurement points was smaller than that of ProTaper Universal, and the difference was significant. There was a statistically significant difference in the amount of debris spill in ProTaper next apical foramen than that in ProTaper Universal Universal Root Canal. Conclusion when preparing curved root canals, the ratio ProTaper next and M3 can better maintain the original root canal morphology, save time and effort, and be worth popularizing.
