双黄补对牙周组织修复再生的光镜及扫描电镜观察

【摘要】:目的探讨牙龈成纤维细胞-玉米醇溶蛋白支架-双黄补复合体对牙周组织修复的作用。方法以2只Beagle犬双侧上颌、下颌,共24个牙位制备牙周缺损模型,将其分为四组,每组6个牙位:玉米醇溶蛋白支架组;牙龈成纤维细胞-玉米醇溶蛋白支架复合体组;牙龈成纤维细胞-玉米醇溶蛋白支架-双黄补复合体组;空白对照组,分别于术后3个月进行组织学及扫描电镜观察。结果术后3个月,牙龈成纤维细胞-玉米醇溶蛋白支架-双黄补复合体组组织学观察可见新生牙槽骨内见趋于成熟的哈弗氏系统,且生长高度为(1.340±0.020)mm,显著高于其余三组新生牙槽骨高度(P0.05)。扫描电镜下,牙龈成纤维细胞-玉米醇溶蛋白质支架-双黄补复合体组牙槽骨可见趋于成熟的哈弗氏系统,而牙龈成纤维细胞-玉米醇溶蛋白质支架组及玉米醇溶蛋白质支架组仅可见排列紊乱的骨小梁结构,空白对照组仅可见纤维性成骨。结论中药双黄补可促进新生牙槽骨生长,利于牙周组织的修复。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of gingival fibroblasts - zein Stents - double yellow patch on periodontal tissue repair. Methods the periodontal defect models were made in 2 Beagle dogs, bilateral maxillary, mandibular and 24 teeth, and were divided into four groups of 6 teeth in each group: gingival fibroblast cells - zein stents In the complex group, gingival fibroblasts - zein Stents - double yellow complex group and blank control group, histological and scanning electron microscopy were observed at 3 months after the operation. Results the histological observation of gingival fibroblasts - zein Stents - double yellow complement group showed that the new alveolar bone tended to mature in the 3 months after the operation. The hover system, with a height of (1.340 + 0.020) mm, was significantly higher than the rest of the other three groups of newborn alveolar bone (P0.05). Under scanning electron microscopy, the gingival fibroblasts - the gingival soluble protein scaffold and the double yellow complement group could see the mature Haversian system, and the gingival fibroblasts - the corn alcohol soluble protein scaffold group and the gingival fibroblasts and the gingival fibroblasts The structure of the bone trabecula in the group of corn alcohol soluble protein scaffolds was only visible, and the blank control group was only visible with fibrous osteogenesis. Conclusion double yellow supplement can promote the growth of new alveolar bone and be beneficial to the repair of periodontal tissue.
