牙骨质撕裂的诊治进展

【摘要】：牙骨质撕裂被定义为牙骨质片自根面撕裂,是一类不常见的根折形式,可导致迅速的附着丧失。典型症状表现为局限性牙位的局限位点出现深牙周袋,常伴有瘘管或疼痛肿胀等症状。牙骨质撕裂的早期诊断较为困难,并且关于牙骨质撕裂的报道较少,尤其是国内鲜有关于这方面的报道,尚没有牙骨质撕裂在不同国家地区的发病率统计,但实际上,牙骨质撕裂的发病率远远高于临床上发现的数据,特别是在老年人群中。因此,本文从牙骨质撕裂病因、临床诊断和治疗等方面进行综述,为以后牙骨质撕裂的临床诊治提供一定的参考。
[Abstract]:Cementum tear is defined as the root surface tear of cementum. It is an unusual form of root fracture, which can cause rapid attachment loss. The typical symptoms are deep periodontal pocket at the locus of localized teeth, often accompanied by fistula or pain swelling. The early diagnosis of cemental tear is difficult, and there are few reports about it, especially in China. There are no statistics on the incidence of cementum tear in different countries, but in fact, The incidence of cemental tear is much higher than that found clinically, especially in the elderly. Therefore, this article reviews the etiology, clinical diagnosis and treatment of cementum tear, and provides some references for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of posterior cementum tear.
