前牙自体断冠再接1例

【摘要】：正文献报道25%的学龄儿童及33%的成人有过牙齿外伤经历[1]。在恒牙列的牙外伤中,冠折最为常见[2]。本文报道1例断冠再接的病例,目前取得满意效果。1临床资料患者男,22岁,2013-03-12打篮球时摔倒致上颌前牙折裂。检查:11唇面颈部折裂,露髓(图1A),探(+++),冷(+++),叩(+++),牙冠松动Ⅲ度。望诊:松动牙片腭侧断端可能位置为龈下5~6 mm。X线片示:11根尖周膜腔略增宽,根方未见明显折裂线,根长大于冠长。诊断:11牙冠根折,牙髓暴露。治疗计划:11去髓术+纤维桩固位+断冠再接。治疗:局麻下开髓,常规根管预备,热熔牙胶垂直加压技术充填根管,CBCT示根管恰填(图2a~b)。根管内加纤
