成人舌系带长度与颌骨矢状骨面型间相关性的初步分析

【摘要】：目的： 在临床检查中,经常可以看到错(?)畸形患者中存在舌系带异常的情况,而舌系带异常在不同错(?)中有所差别,如舌系带较短在反(?)患者中比较常见,而深覆盖患者中却比较少见,舌系带长度是否与错(?)畸形的发生有关系及有何关系值得研究。本研究对舌系带的长度与矢状骨面型间的相关性进行了分析,以期为临床骨性畸形的防治提供参考。 方法： 研究对象均为山东大学口腔医院就诊的成年患者,共分为3组,骨性Ⅰ类患者(0°≤ANB角≤5°)23人,骨性Ⅱ类患者(ANB角5°)19人,骨性Ⅲ类患者(ANB角0°)22人。本研究采用间接测量法来测量舌系带的长度,并对每位患者的头颅侧位片进行测量,计算相应的指标。实验采用t检验分析来比较每组内舌系带长度的性别差异,Scheffe检验比较组间舌系带长度的差异性,Pearson相关性分析来检验舌系带的长度与头颅侧位片分析结果中的所有变量之间的相关关系。 结果： 舌系带长度在每组内无明显性别差异(P0.05)。骨性Ⅲ类患者的舌系带长度较骨性Ⅱ类和骨性Ⅰ类患者的显著减少(P0.01)。骨性Ⅱ类患者的舌系带长度与骨性Ⅰ类患者的舌系带长度间无明显差异(P0.05)。舌系带长度与SNB角(P0.01)、下颌骨长度(P0.01)及上下中切牙夹角(P0.05)呈显著负相关关系。舌系带长度与ANB角、Wits值呈显著正相关关系(P0.01)。 结论： 1.相同矢状骨面型的人群内,舌系带长度无明显性别差异。 2.骨性Ⅲ类患者的舌系带长度较骨性Ⅱ类和骨性Ⅰ类患者舌系带长度显著减少,提示舌系带过短可能是造成骨性Ⅲ类错(?)畸形的病因之一,故在临床检查中应注意舌系带长度的检查。 3.舌系带长度与SNB角、ANB角、Wits值、下颌骨长度及上下中切牙夹角有相关性。舌系带越短,SNB角、下颌骨长度及上下中切牙夹角越大,而ANB和Wits值越小。
