种植钉牵引保存上颌前牙残根的临床研究

【摘要】：目的通过种植钉辅助正畸加力牵引上前牙龈下残根,评价其使用效果。方法选择上前牙冠折病例18例,前牙10例,前磨牙8例。在需要牵引的牙齿附近植入2颗彼此平行的微种植钉,用树脂粘接托槽,将片段弓固定在托槽上,牵引龈下残根。结果所有患牙断端均达到龈缘上1 mm以上,向移动距离为2.8~4.3 mm。15例合格,3例修复体松动达Ⅱ度,判定为不合格。结论利用正畸方法牵引龈下牙根,再行桩冠修复,可有效地解决前牙美观的问题,这种方法不需要以邻牙或对牙作为支抗,能有效避免支抗牙移位或支抗丧失的不良反应。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the effect of implant nail assisted orthodontic traction on the subgingival residual root. Methods 18 cases of anterior crown fracture, 10 cases of anterior teeth and 8 cases of premolar were selected. Two parallel microimplants were implanted near the teeth requiring traction. The brackets were bonded with resin and the segmental arch was attached to the brackets to pull the subgingival residual roots.
