84消毒液对藻酸盐印模消毒的抑菌效果及尺寸稳定性研究

【摘要】:目的:选用不同浓度的84消毒液,,对藻酸盐印模用不同时间的浸泡消毒,观察其抑菌效果及尺寸稳定性,找出适合临床运用的藻酸盐印模的消毒方法。 方法:制取藻酸盐印模,分别浸泡在配置金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌和枯草杆菌4种菌悬液中,再分别浸泡5组不同浓度有效氯含量的84消毒液,共20个小组,每组50个印模,共1000个,观察每个组印模的抑菌效果;重新制取印模后分别浸泡5组不同有效氯含量的84消毒液,每个组10个印模,共50个印模,测量浸泡后与浸泡后的尺寸,观察每个组印模的尺寸变化。 结果:(1)有效氯浓度8000mg/L浸泡15min组、有效氯浓度2000mg/L浸泡20min组和有效氯浓度800mg/L浸泡20min组3个组对印模表面以上4种细菌灭菌效果较好,组间灭菌率比较,P>0.05,无统计学意义;有效氯浓度400mg/L浸泡30min组和有效氯浓度200mg/L浸泡30min组2个组对印模表面以上4种细菌灭菌效果较差,组间灭菌率比较,P<0.05,有统计学意义;有效氯浓度400mg/L浸泡30min组和有效氯浓度200mg/L浸泡30min组分别与其他3组灭菌率比较,P<0.05,有统计学意义。(2)有效氯浓度8000mg/L浸泡15min组、有效氯浓度2000mg/L浸泡20min组和有效氯浓度800mg/L浸泡20min组3个组的变形率在0.26%-0.39%范围内,每组浸泡前后的尺寸变化作比较,P>0.05,无统计学意义;有效氯浓度400mg/L浸泡30min组和有效氯浓度200mg/L浸泡30min组,2个组的变形率大于2.95%,每组浸泡前后的尺寸变化作比较,P<0.05,有统计学意义。 结论:(1)84消毒液有效氯浓度≥800mg/L,对藻酸盐印模表面大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草杆菌和白色念珠菌抑菌效果较好。(2)84消毒液浸泡消毒藻酸盐印模≤20min时,印模尺寸变化不明显,可适用于临床。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the bacteriostatic effect and dimensional stability of alginate impression with different concentrations of 84 disinfectant solution, and to find out the disinfection method of alginate impression suitable for clinical use. Methods: the alginate impression was made and soaked in the suspensions of Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Candida albicans and Bacillus subtilis respectively. The bacteriostasis effect of each group was observed, and five groups of 84 disinfectant solution with different available chlorine content were soaked separately after remaking. 10 impressions in each group, 50 impressions in each group, were measured after immersion and immersion. Observe the size changes of each group of impressions. Results: (1) 15min group with available chlorine concentration, 20min group with available chlorine concentration 2000mg/L immersion group and 20min group with available chlorine concentration 800mg/L immersion group had better sterilizing effect on 4 kinds of bacteria above the impression surface, and the sterilizing rate between groups was higher than 0.05 (P > 0.05). The sterilizing effect of 30min group with available chlorine concentration 400mg/L and 30min group with available chlorine concentration 200mg/L immersion was poor, and the sterilizing rate was significantly higher than that of 30min group (P < 0.05). The sterilization rates of 30min group and 200mg/L immersion 30min group were significantly higher than those of other three groups (P < 0.05). (2) the effective chlorine concentration of 8000mg/L immersion in 15min group was significantly higher than that in the other three groups (P < 0.05). The deformation rate of 20min group and 20min group were 0.26% -0.39%, and the size changes of each group before and after immersion were compared (P > 0.05), there was no significant difference between the three groups (P > 0.05). The deformation rate of the two groups was more than 2.95 in the 30min group with available chlorine concentration 400mg/L and the 30min group with the available chlorine concentration 200mg/L immersion. The size change of each group before and after immersion was significantly different (P < 0.05). Conclusion: (1) the effective chlorine concentration of 84 disinfection solution 鈮
