iRootSP用于根管三维充填的封闭性研究

【摘要】:目的通过葡萄糖渗漏法和micro-CT三维扫描评价iRoot SP根管三维充填的封闭能力。方法单根管下颌前磨牙55颗截去牙冠保留牙根12 mm,机用镍钛预备根管至30#,按随机数字表法将标本分为3个实验组(A组:iRoot SP直接注入根管充填;B组:iRoot SP+热牙胶充填;C组:AH Plus+热牙胶充填。n=15)和2个对照组[阴性对照组(D组)、阳性对照组(E组),n=5]。建立微渗漏葡萄糖定量分析模型,分别于第1天,第1、2、3、4、5、6周用葡萄糖氧化酶法检测从牙冠向牙根渗出的葡萄糖浓度。同时micro-CT三维扫描分析充填根管内存在的间隙。结果在前4周,3个实验组平均每天微渗漏量0.18 mmol/L,几乎没有微渗漏;第5、6周时,C组平均微渗漏值0.18 mmol/L,有微渗漏发生,且C组与A、B组之间微渗漏量差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。micro-CT三维扫描发现:A组根管中上段无间隙,根尖1 mm见有间隙形成。B、C组根管内有间隙形成。结论 iRoot SP用于根管三维充填,具有良好的封闭性,而且一元相充填操作简单,对牙周组织没有损伤,对形成根管三维充填有一定的优势。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the sealing ability of iRoot SP root canal filling by glucose leakage and micro-CT 3D scanning. Methods 55 mandibular premolars with a single root canal were cut off to preserve the root 12 mm, and the root canal was prepared to #30 with nickel titanium. The specimens were randomly divided into 3 experimental groups (group A: 1% iRoot SP was injected directly into the root canal to fill the root canal, group B, group B) was injected directly into the root canal to fill the root canal, and the root canal was prepared with nickel titanium to prepare the root canal to #30. Group C: AH Plus hot gum filling. 15) and 2 control groups [negative control group (D group), positive control group (E group). A quantitative analysis model of microleakage glucose was established. Glucose concentration from crown to root was detected by glucose oxidase method on the first day and at the 1st day and 2nd week. At the same time, micro-CT 3D scanning was used to analyze the gap in root canal. Results in the first four weeks, the average daily microleakage was 0.18 mmol / L in the three experimental groups, and almost no microleakage was found in the three experimental groups, and the average microleakage value in group C was 0.18 mmol / L at the 5th week. There was significant difference in the amount of microleakage between group C and group A (P0.05) .Micro-CT 3D scanning showed that there was no space in the middle and upper part of root canal in group A, and there was gap formation in the root canal in group B (1 mm). Conclusion iRoot SP can be used in the three-dimensional root canal filling with good closure, and the monomorphic filling is simple, no damage to periodontal tissue, and it has some advantages in the formation of three-dimensional root canal filling.
