Nrf2、HO-1在口腔鳞癌组织中的表达及其临床意义

【摘要】:目的:探讨在口腔鳞癌(Oral squamous cell carcinomas,OSCC)的发生发展过程中核因子E2/相关因子2(Nuclear related factor-E2-factor,Nrf2)、HO-1(Heme oxygenase-1)可能存在的作用。方法:采用超敏免疫组化法Super Vision(SV)检测Nrf2、HO-1在23例癌旁正常组织和54例口腔鳞癌组织中的表达情况,并讨论两者表达是否具有相关性以及与口腔鳞癌患者的不同临床病理因素之间的关系。结果:在OSCC组织中Nrf2、HO-1的阳性表达率较癌旁正常组织高(P0.05);Nrf2、HO-1的阳性率与OSCC组织的性别,年龄,TNM分期,pT分期,部位,吸烟指数无明显相关性(P0.05),Nrf2的阳性率与组织学分化程度,淋巴结转移不相关(P0.05);HO-1的阳性率与组织学分化程度,淋巴结转移相关(P0.05);Nrf2、HO-1在OSCC组织中的阳性表达率呈正相关(r=0.295,P=0.032)。结论:Nrf2、HO-1对OSCC的发生发展有重要意义。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the role of nuclear factor E2 / (Nuclear related factor-E2-factor-Nrf2 (Heme oxygenase-1) in the development of oral squamous cell carcinoma (Oral squamous cell). Methods: the expression of Nrf2nHO-1 in 23 cases of adjacent normal tissues and 54 cases of oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) was detected by Super Vision (SV). The relationship between the two expressions and different clinicopathological factors in patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) was discussed. Results: the positive rate of Nrf2HO-1 in OSCC tissues was higher than that in normal tissues adjacent to cancer (P0.05). There was no significant correlation between the positive rate of Nrf2HO-1 and sex of OSCC tissues, age / age TNM staging, location, smoking index (P0.05) and histological differentiation. The positive rate of lymph node metastasis was not correlated with histological differentiation (P0.05) and the positive rate of Nrf2HO-1 in OSCC was positively correlated with lymph node metastasis (P 0.05). Conclusion it is important for the occurrence and development of OSCC.
