手术导航系统在口腔颌面外科中的应用研究

【摘要】:目的: 探讨手术导航系统在颌面外科手术中的应用。 方法: 回顾浙江大学医学院附属第一医院2013年8月至2014年2月,术中应用BrainLAB手术导航系统的患者共12例,其中7例为颌骨肿瘤,包括造釉细胞瘤5例,髁状突骨软骨瘤1例,颌骨骨瘤1例,其余5例为异物侵入。所有病例术前完善薄层CT扫描并将数据保存为DICOM格式导入BrainLAB iPlan软件系统后利用该软件进行手术方案设计。术中在手术导航系统辅助下按术前设计方案完成手术。术后复查三维CT,确认手术效果。术后分别于第1、3月时随访,随访期间记录患者术区切口情况、外观和功能影响。 结果: 所有患者手术均顺利按术前设计完成,术后患者面部外形良好,未出现明显手术并发症,功能无明显影响。 结论: 手术导航系统的应用,可以使手术方案的设计更加周密、直观,提高手术精度、安全性及成功率。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the application of surgical navigation system in maxillofacial surgery. Methods: from August 2013 to February 2014, 12 patients with maxillary tumors, including 5 ameloblastoma, were treated with BrainLAB surgical navigation system. One case was condylar osteochondroma, one case was mandibular osteoma, and the other 5 cases were foreign body invasion. In all cases, the thin slice CT scan was improved before operation and the data was saved as DICOM format to be imported into the BrainLAB iPlan software system, and then the operation scheme was designed by using the software. The operation was performed according to the preoperative design with the aid of the surgical navigation system. Three-dimensional CTs were reexamined after operation to confirm the effect of operation. The patients were followed up at 1 and 3 months, respectively. The incision, appearance and function of the patients were recorded during the follow-up. Results: all the patients were successfully completed according to the preoperative design. The facial appearance of the patients after operation was good, no obvious complications occurred, and the function of the patients was not significantly affected. Conclusion: the application of surgical navigation system can make the design of operation plan more thorough and intuitionistic, and improve the accuracy, safety and success rate of operation.
