Vitapex糊剂和氢氧化钙糊剂治疗慢性根尖周炎疗效的临床分析

【摘要】:目的:观察Vitapex糊剂、氢氧化钙糊剂治疗慢性根尖周炎的临床疗效。方法:选择有明显慢性根尖周炎患者100例,分为A、B两组,每组50例。A组50例采用Vitapex糊剂治疗慢性根尖周炎,B组50例采用氢氧化钙糊剂治疗慢性根尖周炎。对比Vitapex糊剂与氢氧化钙糊剂治疗慢性根尖周炎的临床疗效。 结果:1.Vitapex糊剂比氢氧化钙糊剂治疗慢性根尖周炎的临床疗效显著。2. Vitapex对根尖周组织不产生刺激,体积不会收缩,凝固后与根管壁不会产生间隙,X线阻射,操作上简单易行,不会使牙齿发生变色等优点。3.氢氧化钙糊剂的弊端(1)粘稠度及流动性差,,氢氧化钙必须与根尖组织密切接触才能充分发挥作用;(2)易吸收,若尖周炎症未能控制,吸收后炎性结缔组织进入根管,反而影响正常的根尖修复;(3)对X线不阻射,故不易掌握其充填深度,对准确判断根管充填情况及疗效分析带来一定困难;(4)需临时配制从而增加了操作工序,而且对弯曲的小根管充填困难,形成的钙化桥有时不在根尖1/3处,而在根中1/3处。 结论:Vitapex糊剂治疗慢性根尖周炎效果更好,可在临床推广使用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of Vitapex paste and calcium hydroxide paste on chronic periapical periodontitis. Methods: one hundred patients with chronic periapical periodontitis were divided into two groups: group A (n = 50) and group A (n = 50) treated with Vitapex paste. Group B (n = 50) was treated with calcium hydroxide paste for chronic periapical periodontitis. To compare the clinical efficacy of Vitapex paste and calcium hydroxide paste in the treatment of chronic periapical periodontitis. Results 1. Vitapex paste was more effective than calcium hydroxide paste in the treatment of chronic periapical periodontitis. Vitapex has no stimulation on periapical tissue, no contraction in volume, no gap between Vitapex and root canal wall after solidification, simple operation and no discoloration of teeth. The disadvantages of calcium hydroxide paste (1) poor viscosity and fluidity, calcium hydroxide must be in close contact with the root tip tissue to play a full role, (2) easy to absorb, if the periapical inflammation can not be controlled, the absorption of inflammatory connective tissue into the root canal, On the contrary, it affects the normal apical restoration; (3) it is difficult to grasp the depth of the root canal filling because it does not block the radiography, so it is difficult to accurately judge the root canal filling condition and the curative effect analysis; (4) the temporary preparation is needed to increase the operation procedure. It is also difficult to fill curved small root canals, and calcified bridges are sometimes formed not at a third of the root tip, but at a third of the root. Conclusion Vitapex paste is more effective in the treatment of chronic apical periodontitis and can be popularized in clinic.
