口内扫描仪实现前牙种植冠修复的新技术

【摘要】：使用口内数字扫描仪和CAD/CAM软件设计和制作种植修复体,在植入种植体后数小时(当天)立即配戴临时冠,确保了牙龈软组织只需一次愈合即可达到理想的牙龈颈部形态。用口内扫描仪获取印模,避免了用传统方法直接取模时材料对牙龈组织的刺激。不必再使用愈合基台,最大程度地减少了其反复旋入和旋出对骨组织造成的创伤。最终种植冠修复体在不对软组织造成任何创伤的前提下可顺利就位。
[Abstract]:The implant prosthesis was designed and made by using an intraoral digital scanner and CAD/CAM software, and a temporary crown was worn hours after implant implantation (on the same day), which ensured that the soft tissue of the gingiva needed only one healing to achieve the ideal gingival neck shape. In order to avoid the stimulation of gingival tissue by the traditional method, the impression was obtained by the intra-oral scanner. The healing abutment is no longer used to minimize the trauma to bone tissue caused by repeated rotation and excursion. The implant crown prosthesis can be successfully placed without any soft tissue injury.
