富血小板纤维蛋白对阻生齿拔除术患者疼痛评分及预后的影响

【摘要】：目的:探究富血小板纤维蛋白对阻生齿拔除术患者疼痛评分及预后的影响。方法:选择我院口腔科门诊收治的100例阻生齿患者,根据随机数字表法分为试验组及对照组,每组50例,试验组在阻生齿拔除术后常规处理的基础上于牙窝中放入富含血小板纤维蛋白膜,对照组给予阻生齿拔除术术后常规处理。观察(1)术后6、12、24及48 h两组患者痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)情况;(2)术后1个月内两组患者并发症发生情况;(3)术后6个月根据患者口腔健康影响程度量表(OHIP-14)评分情况以评价患者口腔健康情况。结果:(1)术后6、12、24及48 h VAS评分试验组显著低于对照组(P0.05)。(2)术后1个月内,试验组并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P0.05)。(3)术后6个月试验组口腔健康状况评分较治疗前显著提高(P0.05),且与同期对照组比较有显著提高(P0.05);对照组治疗前后口腔健康状况评分比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:富血小板纤维蛋白能够减轻阻生齿拔除术患者的术后疼痛,减少患者术后并发症的发生率,提高术后口腔健康情况。
[Abstract]:Objective: To explore the effect of platelet rich fibrin on the pain score and prognosis of the patients with impacted tooth extraction. Methods: 100 patients with impacted teeth admitted in our department of Stomatology were selected and divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the random digital table method. The experimental group was placed on the dental fossa on the basis of the dental fossa on the basis of the routine treatment after the extraction of impacted teeth. Platelet rich fibrin membrane and control group were given routine treatment after extraction of impacted teeth. The pain visual analogue score (VAS) was observed in group 6,12,24 and 48 h after operation (1); (2) the incidence of complications in two groups of patients within 1 months after operation; (3) the evaluation of the patient's oral health impact scale (OHIP-14) score was evaluated at 6 months after operation. Results: (1) the postoperative 6,12,24 and 48 h VAS scores in the test group were significantly lower than the control group (P0.05). (2) the incidence of complications in the test group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P0.05) in 1 months after the operation. (3) the oral health status score of the test group was significantly higher than that before the treatment (P0.05) (P0.05), and was significantly higher than that of the control group. High (P0.05), compared with the control group, there was no significant difference in oral health status scores before and after treatment (P0.05). Conclusion: platelet rich fibrin can reduce postoperative pain in patients with impacted tooth extraction, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and improve postoperative oral health.
