不同材料在碳酸饮料所致脱矿釉质再矿化中的作用

【摘要】:目的:观察碳酸饮料造成的实验性釉质脱矿在不同材料处理后对牙釉质再矿化影响的研究。方法:收集因正畸拔除的新鲜前磨牙,随机分为脱矿组(A组);蒸馏水处理组(B组);渗透树脂处理组(C组)。所有离体牙分为近远中釉质块,全部浸泡于雪碧中建立脱矿模型,之后A组釉质面涂布抗酸性指甲油,B组和C组釉质面分别用蒸馏水和渗透树脂处理,所有釉质块置于人工唾液中37℃恒温水浴再矿化8周。每组各随机选取6个近中釉质块,扫描电镜下观察釉质表面的微观结构;其余近中釉质块经处理后,激光共聚焦扫描显微镜下观察荧光图像;远中釉质块采用显微硬度仪检测各组的硬度值。结果:扫描电镜观察,A组釉质面粗糙,大量釉柱断裂形成大小不等的孔隙样结构,B组可见少量矿物质沉积,部分孔隙变浅甚至消失,C组釉质面较光滑平坦,无明显孔隙。激光共聚焦扫描显微镜观察,A组荧光染料沉积多,荧光面积和荧光强度大,B组和C组荧光染料沉积减少,荧光面积和荧光强度减弱,且C组减弱程度较B组更为明显。显微硬度仪检测结果,B组和C组药物处理后显微硬度值较脱矿后显微硬度值增大,且C组较B组增大幅度更高,差异均具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:渗透树脂对碳酸饮料造成的实验性釉质脱矿最具有积极的治疗作用。
[Abstract]:Aim: to observe the effect of experimental enamel demineralization induced by carbonated beverage on enamel mineralization in different materials. Methods: fresh premolars extracted by orthodontic treatment were randomly divided into demineralization group (group A), distilled water group (group B) and osmotic resin group (group C). All the isolated teeth were divided into proximal and distal enamel mass, all of which were soaked in Sprite to establish demineralized model, then A group enamel surface was coated with acid resistant nail polish group B and C enamel surface was treated with distilled water and permeable resin, respectively.
