超声刀和电刀在腮腺手术中的应用研究

【摘要】：正肿瘤是涎腺组织中最常见的疾病,其中腮腺肿瘤最常见,约占涎腺肿瘤的80%。腮腺肿瘤以发生在面神经浅层的腺叶组织者居多,约占80%以上〔1〕。腮腺切除术是治疗腮腺肿瘤的主要方法,而面神经的处理是腮腺切除术中的关键步骤〔2〕。近年来,超声刀在甲状腺手术中广泛应用,并取得了良好的效果,但其在腮腺手术中应用的报道较少。本研究将超声刀与传统单极电刀在腮腺手术中的应用进行对比分析,结合临床数据探讨超声刀在腮
[Abstract]:Normal tumor is the most common disease in salivary gland tissue, and parotid gland tumor is the most common disease, accounting for about 80% of salivary gland tumor. More than 80% (1) of parotid gland tumors occurred in the superficial layer of facial nerve. Parotidectomy is the main method for the treatment of parotid tumors, and the management of facial nerve is the key step in parotid resection (2). In recent years, ultrasound scalpel has been widely used in thyroid surgery, and has achieved good results, but its application in parotid gland surgery is less reported. In this study, the application of ultrasonic knife and traditional monopole electric knife in parotid gland surgery was compared and analyzed, and combined with clinical data, the ultrasonic knife in the gills was discussed.
