拔牙位点保存技术对口腔种植患者牙槽美学效果的影响

【摘要】：目的探讨拔牙位点保存技术对口腔种植患者美学效果的影响。方法回顾性分析确诊治疗的前牙区口腔种植患者100例,依据治疗方法分为保存组和对照组,每组50例。对照组患者拔牙后给予清理牙槽窝、缝合或压迫止血等常规处理。保存组患者在此基础上给予拔牙位点保存技术处理。所有患者待拔牙窝愈合后行种植体植入修复术治疗,采用锥形束CT(CBCT)检查测量牙槽骨高、宽度、骨密度,随访6个月,统计分析所有患者治疗前及治疗后3、6个月的牙槽骨高、宽度、骨密度及种植后美学效果情况。结果保存组患者治疗后3、6个月的牙槽骨高、宽度均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);保存组患者治疗后3、6个月的牙槽骨骨密度均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);保存组患者美学效果满意率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论拔牙位点保存技术可有效改善前牙区口腔种植患者拔牙后牙槽骨高、宽度,有利于保护残余牙槽骨骨量及为后期修复提供良好的硬软组织条件,且可提高患者种植后的美学效果,值得临床作进一步推广。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of preservation of extraction site on aesthetic effect of dental implant patients. Methods 100 cases of dental implants in anterior teeth were analyzed retrospectively and divided into preservation group and control group with 50 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated by cleaning the alveolar fossa, suture or compression hemostasis after extraction. The patients in the preservation group were treated with extraction site preservation technique on this basis. The alveolar bone height, width, bone mineral density were measured by conical bundle CT (CBCT), and the alveolar bone height was statistically analyzed before treatment and 3months after treatment. Width, bone mineral density and aesthetic effect after implantation. Results the alveolar bone height and width in the preservation group were significantly higher than those in the control group 3 and 6 months after treatment (P0.05), and the alveolar bone mineral density in the preservation group was significantly higher than that in the control group at 3 and 6 months after treatment. The difference was statistically significant (P0.05); the satisfaction rate of aesthetic effect in the preservation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion the preservation of extraction sites can effectively improve the height and width of alveolar bone after extraction in dental implants in anterior dental region. It is beneficial to protect the bone mass of residual alveolar bone and provide good hard soft tissue conditions for later restoration. And it can improve the aesthetic effect of the patients after implantation, which is worthy of further clinical promotion.
