固定牙周夹板应用于牙周牙髓联合病变的疗效观察病例报告

【摘要】：目的:观察牙周牙髓联合病变患牙在牙周治疗、根管治疗的基础上,以烤瓷联冠或烤瓷桥作为固定牙周夹板进行松牙固定或修复治疗的临床疗效。方法:对25位慢性牙周炎患者的55颗牙周牙髓联合病变患牙,进行牙周治疗、根管治疗,待牙周炎症消退后,行固定牙周夹板修复。6个月后复诊,记录治疗前后患牙牙龈出血指数、探诊深度、附着丧失水平、松动度等临床数据及治疗后患牙咀嚼功能改善情况。结果:6个月后所有患牙牙龈炎症消退,附着丧失、探诊深度及松动度均减小,并且患牙咀嚼功能得到改善。结论:对于慢性牙周炎患者的牙周牙髓联合病变患牙,在牙周治疗和根管治疗的基础上行固定牙周夹板修复取得了较好的临床疗效。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of fixing or repairing the loose teeth with porcelain fused crowns or porcelain bridges on the basis of periodontal treatment and root canal therapy. Methods: 55 teeth of 25 patients with chronic periodontitis were treated with periodontal treatment and root canal therapy. The clinical data of gingival bleeding index, probing depth, attachment loss and mobility before and after treatment were recorded, and the masticatory function of the affected teeth was improved after treatment. Results: after 6 months, the gingival inflammation subsided, the attachment lost, the depth and mobility of probing decreased, and the masticatory function of the affected teeth was improved. Conclusion: for chronic periodontitis patients with periodontal pulp disease, periodontal treatment and root canal treatment on the basis of fixed periodontal splint repair achieved a good clinical effect.
