4种暂封材料冠方微渗漏的对比研究

【摘要】:目的:体式显微镜下观察4种暂封材料冠方微渗漏的情况。方法:收集80颗新鲜拔除的人离体牙,常规根管治疗后,随机均分为4组,分别用Cavition、玻璃离子水门汀(glass ionomer cement,GIC)、HY-BOND(HB)暂时用水门汀及Clip F暂时封闭窝洞。将离体牙放在37℃恒温水浴箱24h后,室温下浸泡于1%的印度墨汁中7d,然后用金刚砂片将牙齿颊舌向切开为两半,在体式显微镜下观察染料渗入的程度。结果:4种暂封材料冠方微渗漏的差异有统计学意义(P0.05);其冠方微渗漏的排序由高到低依次为:HY-BOND暂时用水门汀CavitionGICClip-F,组间两两比较时差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:本次离体实验发现,Clip-F的冠方暂封封闭比较好。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the microleakage of crown of 4 kinds of temporary sealing materials under pose microscope.
