植入扭矩对牙种植体初期稳定性影响的动物实验研究

【摘要】:目的:探讨植入扭矩值对种植体初期稳定性的影响,并探索达到种植体初期稳定性值的最佳植入扭矩范围。方法:选取六条纯种比格犬,拔除双侧下颌前磨牙和第一磨牙。拔牙术后3个月,于双侧下颌一共植入48枚XIVE种植体。根据种植体的最大植入扭矩值(ITV)将种植体分为4组:A组12枚,0ITV20N cm;B组12枚,20≤ITV40 Ncm;C组12枚,40 Ncm≤ITV60 Ncm;D组12枚,ITV≥60Ncm。种植体植入后立即测量该种植体的稳定性值(ISQ)。结果:A组与B组、C组、D组之间ISQ值有统计学差异(P0.05);B组、C组、D组之间ISQ值无统计学差异(P0.05)。结论:根据本研究,只要植入扭矩值达到20Ncm以上,种植体都能取得良好的初期稳定性。植入扭矩值不能全面反映影响种植体初期稳定性,应联合种植体稳定性系数(ISQ值)才能更全面地评估种植体的初期稳定性。
