老年牙列缺损患者应用微创种植技术的临床疗效及安全性评价

【摘要】：目的探讨微创种植技术在老年患者中的临床疗效及安全性评价。方法行牙种植术的90例老年患者随机分成常规组和微创组各45例。常规组给予常规牙植入术,微创组给予微创牙植入术。记录并比较两组患者的手术时间、疼痛症状消除时间、术后抗生素应用时间及术后激素应用时间。测定并比较两组患者种植体周围骨吸收量。评价并比较两组患者术后疼痛评分、种植体成功率及感染、异常感觉等并发症发生率。结果微创组手术时间、疼痛症状消除时间、术后抗生素应用时间及术后激素应用时间均明显小于常规组(P0.05),种植体周围骨吸收量、疼痛评分均明显低于常规组(P0.05)。两组种植成功率比较无统计学差异(χ2=2.045,P0.05);微创组并发症发生率明显低于常规组(χ2=4.050,P0.05)。结论微创种植技术相比于常规植入术,手术时间短、疼痛轻、创伤小、并发症发生率较低,且种植体周围骨吸收量明显少,值得临床推广应用。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of minimally invasive implantation in elderly patients. Methods 90 elderly patients with dental implants were randomly divided into routine group and minimally invasive group (n = 45). Routine dental implantation was performed in the routine group and minimally invasive dental implantation was performed in the minimally invasive group. The time of operation, time of relieving pain symptom, time of antibiotic application and time of hormone application were recorded and compared between the two groups. Bone resorption around implants was measured and compared between the two groups. To evaluate and compare the postoperative pain score, implant success rate, infection, abnormal sensation and other complications in the two groups. Results in the minimally invasive group, the time of operation, the time of eliminating pain symptoms, the time of antibiotic application and the time of hormone application were significantly lower than those of the routine group (P0.05), and the amount of bone resorption around the implants and the score of pain were significantly lower than those of the routine group (P0.05). There was no significant difference in the success rate of implantation between the two groups (蠂 ~ 2 + 2.045), and the incidence of complications in the minimally invasive group was significantly lower than that in the routine group (蠂 ~ 2 + 4.050). Conclusion compared with the conventional implantation, the minimally invasive implantation technique has the advantages of shorter operation time, less pain, less trauma, lower incidence of complications and less bone resorption around the implant, which is worthy of clinical application.
