可摘局部义齿修复患者人格特征与满意度相关性研究

【摘要】:目的:分析选择进行可摘局部义齿修复患者的个人基本情况、人格特征与其对修复效果期望值、满意度的相关性,探讨人格因素在患者修复治疗整体过程中产生的影响。方法:选择在新疆医科大学第一附属医院口腔修复科进行可摘局部义齿修复患者258例(维族129例A组,汉族129例B组),采用基本情况调查表、艾森克人格问卷、期望值调研表、满意度调研表进行调研,并应用F检验、均数、t检验、方差分析、偏相关分析等统计学分析法进行数据分析。结果:1.汉族、维吾尔族进行RPD修复的患者在人格特征上存在一定的差异性,维族男性患者较汉族男性患者更具有精神质倾向P0.05。2.男性、女性进行RPD修复的患者在人格特征上存在一定的差异性,女性情绪化更为明显P0.05。3.人格特征可以影响患者对RPD修复效果的期望值和满意度评价。外向型、情绪稳定、精神质不明显者更易具有较为客观的期望值和满意度评价。而内向型、情绪波动较大、高精神质者则已出现不切实际的期望值和非客观性满意度评价。4.进行RPD修复的患者期望值与满意度在咀嚼力、美观性呈负相关,在语言力上呈正相关。结论:两民族RPD修复患者的人格特征对治疗期望值和满意度均有影响;两民族RPD修复患者的治疗期望值与满意度呈负相关。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the individual basic situation of patients with removable partial dentures and the correlation between personality characteristics and their expectations and satisfaction, and to explore the influence of personality factors on the whole process of patients' repair. Methods: 258 patients with removable partial dentures (group A of Uygur 129 cases, group B of Han nationality 129 cases) were selected from the Department of Stomatology Restoration of the first affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University. The basic information questionnaire, the Eysenck Personality questionnaire and the expected value questionnaire were used. The satisfaction survey table was used to analyze the data using F test, mean t test, variance analysis, partial correlation analysis and so on. The result is 1: 1. There were some differences in personality characteristics among the patients with RPD repair in Han and Uygur nationality. Uygur male patients had more psychoticism tendency than Han male patients (P0.05.2). There was a certain difference in personality characteristics between male and female patients with RPD repair, and female emotion was more obvious (P0.05.3). Personality traits can affect patients' expectations and satisfaction with RPD repair. Extroverted, emotionally stable and psychotic were more likely to have objective expectations and satisfaction evaluation. Introverted, emotional fluctuations, high psychoticism has appeared unrealistic expectations and non-objective satisfaction evaluation. 4. There was a negative correlation between the expected value of RPD repair and satisfaction in masticatory power, beauty, and positive correlation in language ability. Conclusion: the personality characteristics of patients with RPD repair in both nationalities have influence on the expected value of treatment and satisfaction, and the expectation of RPD repair in both nationalities is negatively correlated with the degree of satisfaction.
