错合畸形对大学生社会心理影响的调查分析

【摘要】:目的:初步研究切牙分类法不同的错合畸形对大学生社会心理的影响状况,为临床制定合理的治疗方案提供依据。方法:在2012年10月至12月期间,对新疆医科大学2012级本科汉族班采用整群抽样的方法随机选取了六个班级,在校大学生共318人,其中男性135人,女性183人,平均年龄为17.65±0.85岁。通过口腔检查,并采用切牙分类法(Incisor Classification)和个别正常合标准将符合纳入、排除标准后的被调查者分为错合切牙Ⅰ类、切牙Ⅱ/1、Ⅱ/2类、切牙Ⅲ类和个别正常合五组。应用牙齿审美社会心理影响量表(Psychosocial Impact of Dental Aesthetics Questionnaire,PIDAQ)评价所有纳入的正常合和错合畸形组患者对牙齿审美度的自我感知。用方差分析和Tukey法多重比较各组间得分差异。结果:在PIDAQ量表社会影响维度上,得分由高到低的组别分别为:切牙Ⅲ、Ⅱ/1、Ⅱ/2、1分类、正常合,并且除了切牙Ⅲ类与切牙Ⅱ/1分类,切牙Ⅰ类与切牙Ⅱ/2分类错合畸形组得分无统计学差异外(P0.05),其余两两组比较均有统计学差异(P0.05);在审美态度维度上,得分由高到低的组别分别为:切牙Ⅲ、Ⅱ/1、Ⅱ/2、1分类、正常合,并且除了切牙Ⅰ类与切牙Ⅱ/2分类错合畸形组得分无统计学差异外(P=0.927),其余两两组比较均有统计学差异(P0.05);在牙齿自信维度上,得分由高到低的组别分别为:正常合,切牙Ⅰ、Ⅱ/2、Ⅱ/1、Ⅲ分类,除了切牙Ⅲ类与切牙Ⅱ/1分类错合畸形组得分无统计学差异外(P=0.945),其余两两组比较均有统计学差异(P0.05)。结论:错合畸形可以对大学生牙齿自信、审美态度、社会影响方面产生负面影响,因而在正畸治疗前对患者进行PIDAQ量表测评是有必要的。不同的错合畸形对患者的社会心理影响程度不同,影响程度由高到低分别为:切牙Ⅲ、Ⅱ/1、Ⅱ/2、Ⅰ分类。
