即刻种植修复缺失牙后软硬组织的临床变化情况

【摘要】：目的探讨分析即刻种植修复缺失牙后软硬组织的临床变化情况。方法选取我院于2011年2月~2012年4月收治的外伤拔牙患者12例,共24枚种植体,将所有患者随机分为实验组与对照组,两组均为6例患者12枚种植体。对照组接受常规种植,实验组接受即刻种植,比较术后不同时间段两组种植体周骨吸收值、软组织探诊深度与龈乳头指数频数分布情况。结果实验组3个月、6个月、9个月的种植体周骨吸收值与对照组比较差异无显著性(P0.05);实验组种植体软组织探诊深度与龈乳头指数频数分布与对照组比较差异无显著性(P0.05)。结论即刻种植修复缺失牙后软硬组织的变化能达到目前临床要求,且即刻种植疗程短、定位准确具有更大的优势,值得在临床推广。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical changes of soft and hard tissue after immediate implant repair of missing teeth. Methods from February 2011 to April 2012, 12 patients with traumatic tooth extraction were randomly divided into two groups: experimental group and control group. There were 6 patients with 12 implants in both groups. The control group received routine implantation and the experimental group received immediate implantation. The bone resorption depth of soft tissue and the frequency distribution of gingival papilla index were compared between the two groups at different times after operation. Results there was no significant difference in periimplant bone resorption between the experimental group and the control group at 3 months, 6 months and 9 months (P0.05), but there was no significant difference between the implant soft tissue probing depth and the frequency distribution of the gingival papilla index in the experimental group compared with the control group (P0.05). Conclusion the changes of soft and hard tissue after immediate implant repair of missing teeth can meet the current clinical requirements, and the immediate implantation course of treatment is short, accurate positioning has greater advantages, and it is worth to be popularized in clinical practice.
