TF镍钛器械根管成形效果的锥束CT研究

【摘要】:目的:使用锥束CT(CBCT),比较TF、K3、ProTaper 3种机用镍钛器械的根管成形效果。方法:选取27个重度弯曲树脂模拟根管,随机均分3组,用3种不同机用镍钛器械冠向下方法预备根管,预备前后均注入造影剂,采用CBCT对预备前后根管进行扫描并收集数据,评价树脂模拟根管预备时间以及预备后的根管弯曲度变化、切削体积、横截面面积变化、根管中心偏移量。结果:TF所需预备时间最短,根管弯曲度变化最小;ProTaper切削体积最大,与TF、K3相比有统计学差异(P0.05);横截面面积变化上,距根尖孔2、3 mm处3组间有统计学差异(P0.05),距根尖孔1、4、5、6、7、8 mm处ProTaper与TF、K3之间有统计学差异(P0.05);根管中心偏移量上,距根尖孔1、2、3 mm处3组间有统计学差异(P0.05)。结论:TF在预备重度弯曲树脂模拟根管上所用时间短,偏移程度小,成形效果较理想,对树脂的切削量较K3和ProTaper少。
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare the root canal forming effect of three kinds of nickel titanium instruments used in TF,K3,ProTaper by cone-beam CT (CBCT),. Methods: 27 severe curved resin simulated root canals were randomly divided into 3 groups. The root canals were prepared with three different machines with nickel titanium instruments. Contrast agents were injected before and after preparation. CBCT was used to scan the root canals before and after preparation and to collect data. The changes of root canal curvature, cutting volume, cross section area and root canal center deviation were evaluated. Results: the preparation time of TF was the shortest, the change of root canal curvature was the least, the cutting volume of ProTaper was the largest, there was significant difference compared with TF,K3 (P0.05). There were significant differences between the three groups (P0.05) in 3 mm from the apical foramen, and between ProTaper and TF,K3 at 1 mm from the apical foramen (P0.05), and between the three groups at the central deviation of the root canal (P0.05) at 1 mm from the apical foramen (P0.05). Conclusion: TF has shorter time, less deviation, better forming effect and less cutting amount of resin than K3 and ProTaper in preparing heavy bending resin to simulate root canal.
