桩道内注射技术用于桩核修复硅橡胶印模的体外实验研究

【摘要】:目的 通过体外桩道模型观察四种临床常见印模方法对硅橡胶桩道印模质量的影响,研究结果为临床印模方法的选择提供可靠依据,提高临床印模质量,完善修复体制作及相关临床治疗,同时为改进硅橡胶注射枪设计提供实验参考。 方法 制作体外桩道模型,模拟人体口腔温度、不同根管数目的条件。采用硅橡胶专用枪注射法(A组)、硅橡胶专用枪配合机动螺旋输送器导入注射法(B组)、硅橡胶专用枪配合手动螺旋输送器导入注射法(C组)、根管桩道内注射法(D组)共四种方法制取硅橡胶桩道印模,,按每种方法各取30个单根管桩道印模和30个双根管桩道印模,共240个。观察桩道印模是否有缺损以及桩道印模表面气泡数量、大小及分布位置;并用游标卡尺测量印模缺损、气泡的直径,同时拍照后输入计算机,通过Vixwin Pro软件矫正测量值,计算出印模缺损的面积和印模表面气泡面积,根据印模缺损和气泡总面积的大小评定四级标准:优秀、良好、合格和不合格。使用SPSS13.0统计软件进行数据分析:1)单根管桩道印模与双根管桩道印模成功率比较采用非参数检验—Kruskal-Wallis H检验;2)四种桩道印模方法成功率比较采用非参数检验—Kruskal-Wallis H检验;四组之间存在差别则进行四个独立样本两两比较的Nemenyi法检验;3)四种桩道印模方法制取不同根管数目桩道印模成功率的比较采用非参数检验—Kruskal-Wallis H检验;4)四种桩道印模方法桩核产生气泡的数目、大小及分布的比较采用非参数检验—Kruskal-Wallis H检验。P0.05时认为差异有统计学意义。 结果 1.单根管桩道印模成功率明显高于双根管组(P0.05)。 2.四种桩道印模方法对桩道印模成功率有影响,且D组方法明显优于A、B、C三组(P0.05);D组与A组、D组与B组、D组与C组间有显著性差异(P0.05),C组与A组、B组与A组间存在显著性差异(P0.05),C组与B组间无统计学差异(P0.05)。 3.四种硅橡胶桩道印模方法对印模表面产生气泡的数量有显著影响,其中根管桩道内注射法产生的气泡最少(P0.05);四种桩道印模方法出现的气泡主要位于桩道印模根尖1/3(P0.05);四种硅橡胶桩道印模方法对印模表面产生气泡的大小无影响(P0.05)。 结论 1.不同方法制取硅橡胶桩道印模时,单根管桩道印模成功率明显高于双根管桩道印模。 2.根管桩道内注射法用于硅橡胶桩道印模时成功率最高;其次为硅橡胶专用枪配合螺旋输送器导入注射法;单独采用硅橡胶专用枪注射法效果最差。 3.硅橡胶专用枪配合机动螺旋输送器导入注射法与配合手动螺旋输送器导入注射法效果无显著性差异。 4.四种硅橡胶桩道印模方法对印模表面产生的气泡数量有显著影响,其中根管桩道内注射法产生的气泡最少。 5.四种桩道印模方法出现的气泡主要位于桩道印模根尖1/3。 6.四种硅橡胶桩道印模方法对印模表面产生的气泡大小无影响。
[Abstract]:Purpose The influence of four kinds of clinical common impression methods on the quality of the impression of silicone rubber piles was observed by means of external pile-channel model.
