血卟啉单甲醚荧光光谱法辅助诊断早期口腔癌

【摘要】:目的:应用动物模型探讨血卟啉单甲醚(hematoporphyrinmonomethyl ether,HMME)介导的荧光光谱法辅助诊断早期口腔癌的可行性。方法:21只金黄地鼠随机分成3组(对照组、5周组、9周组),每组7只,各组动物由DMBA诱导双侧颊囊相应时间后,按10ml/kg经腹腔注射20mg/L HMME溶液,用光谱诊断装置分别记录自体及HMME荧光,应用Origin7.0软件计算荧光比值K值,检测位点经病理切片HE染色定性.计算各组K值均值,SPSS10.0统计分析。结果:动物实验结果经方差分析,3组K值均值相比有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论:HMME介导的荧光光谱法能够区分正常、异常增生和癌变组织,对口腔早期癌的诊断具有重要参考价值。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the feasibility of hematoporphyrin monomethyl ether (hematoporphyrinmonomethyl ether,HMME)-mediated fluorescence spectrometry in the diagnosis of early oral cancer. Methods: Twenty-one golden hamsters were randomly divided into three groups (control group, 5-week group, 9-week group), 7 in each group. After inducing bilateral cheek pouch by DMBA, the rats in each group were intraperitoneally injected with 20mg/L HMME solution according to 10ml/kg. Autofluorescence and HMME fluorescence were recorded by spectral diagnostic device. The fluorescence ratio K value was calculated by Origin7.0 software. The site was determined by HE staining in pathological sections. The average K value and SPSS10.0 statistical analysis were calculated. Results: the results of animal experiments were statistically significant (P0.01). Conclusion: HMME-mediated fluorescence spectrometry can distinguish normal, abnormal hyperplasia and cancerous tissue, and has important reference value for early diagnosis of oral cancer.
