氟保护漆Duraphat对恒牙釉质脱矿后再矿化影响的体外研究

【摘要】:[目的]研究氟保护漆Duraphat对碳酸饮料引起恒牙釉质脱矿后再矿化的影响及作用,为碳酸饮料导致恒牙釉质脱矿的治疗提供实验依据和临床参考。[方法]1.碳酸饮料对恒牙釉质脱矿作用的体外研究:选择12岁-25岁因正畸减数拔除的前磨牙15颗,每颗离体牙制备2个釉质切片,2个釉质切片随机分入A、B组,并编号,每组15个样本,分别用可口可乐(A组)和去离子水(B组)处理釉质切片10min,取出再置于人工唾液处理1h,如此每天循环4次,共7天,整个实验过程在37℃恒温箱中完成后,采用扫描电镜观察釉质表面形态变化,X线能谱分析恒牙釉质表面的钙、磷水平并分析比较其变化。2.氟保护漆Duraphat对恒牙釉质脱矿后再矿化影响的体外研究:选择12岁-25岁因正畸减数拔除的前磨牙15颗,每颗离体牙制备3个釉质切片,3个釉质切片随机分入A、B、C组,并编号,A组为Duraphat组,B组为2%NaF组,C组为空白对照组,每组15个样本。3组样本均进行可口可乐处理10min,取出再置于人工唾液处理1h,如此每天循环4次,共7天,A组样本涂布Duraphat, B组样本涂布2%NaF,C组未处理,将3组样本置于人工唾液中7天,整个过程在37℃恒温箱中完成,采用扫描电镜观察恒釉质表面形态变化,X线能谱分析釉质表面的钙、磷水平并分析比较其变化。[结果]1.碳酸饮料对恒牙釉质脱矿作用的体外研究:扫描电镜显示可口可乐组恒牙釉质表面粗糙,呈蜂窝状外观;去离子水组恒牙釉质表面平坦。X线能谱分析恒牙釉质表面钙、磷水平结果显示可口可乐组钙:41.47±3.73,磷:18.17±0.77,去离子水组钙:45.16±3.67,磷:18.67±0.44,钙、磷水平两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。2.氟保护漆Duraphat对恒牙釉质脱矿后再矿化影响的体外研究:扫描电镜显示Duraphat组釉质表面见大面积沉积物,2%NaF组釉质表面见细小的沉积物,人工唾液组釉质表面见少许沉积物。X线能谱分析3组恒牙釉质表面钙、磷水平结果显示Duraphat组钙:39.72±3.94,磷:18.24±0.47;2%NaF组钙:39.54±2.40,磷:17.70±0.71;空白对照组钙:36.85±2.87,磷:17.70±0.71。钙、磷水平Duraphat组和空白对照组间比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05),钙水平2%NaF组和空白对照组间比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05),磷水平2%NaF组和空白对照组间比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05),钙、磷水平Duraphat组和2%NaF组两组之间比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。[结论]1.本实验条件下碳酸饮料对恒牙釉质具有明显的脱矿作用。2.本实验条件下氟保护漆Duraphat可促进碳酸饮料引起恒牙釉质脱矿的再矿化。
[Abstract]:[objective] to study the effect of fluorine protective paint (Duraphat) on demineralization of permanent enamel induced by carbonated beverage, and to provide experimental basis and clinical reference for the treatment of permanent enamel demineralization caused by carbonated beverage. [methods] 1. In vitro study on demineralization of permanent enamel by carbonated beverage: 15 premolars aged from 12 to 25 years old were selected for extraction due to orthodontic meiosis. Two enamel sections were prepared from each tooth, and 2 enamel slices were randomly divided into AHB group and numbered. 15 samples of each group were treated with Coca Cola (group A) and deionized water (group B) for 10 minutes and then treated with artificial saliva for 1 hour.
