三种儿童牙膏对乳牙牙本质小管封闭的对比研究

【摘要】:目的:制备乳牙牙本质敏感模型,研究三种儿童牙膏对该模型下乳牙牙本质小管封闭的作用,对比分析三种儿童牙膏的抗敏效果。方法:选取20颗健康的、牙冠完整的第二乳磨牙,随机分成4组,即空白对照组(未做任何处理)和三个实验牙膏组(分别用奥乐V儿童护齿剂,奥敏清儿童护齿剂,涑爽儿童护齿牙膏进行处理)。首先,每组随机选5颗牙齿,把它们分别用硬组织切割机切割成1 mm厚,3 mm×3 mm大小的牙本质片,再采用37%的磷酸处理15秒之后,制备敏感牙本质模盘。然后,用三种儿童牙膏配制好的牙膏悬浊液进行为期一周的刷牙实验,每天8次,每次3 min(相当于每天刷牙两次,每次三分钟,连续使用四周)。最后,应用图像分析软件进行扫描电子显微镜(SEM)图片处理,计算牙本质小管的堵塞率和渗透深度,并比较三种儿童牙膏对乳牙牙本质小管封闭的作用。结果:SEM下观察到,三种实验的儿童牙膏均具有堵塞乳牙牙本质小管的作用,与空白对照组相比,三个实验牙膏组在单位面积的封闭牙本质小管数目和单位长度的渗透深度均表现出统计学差异(P0.05)。其中,奥敏清儿童护齿剂组牙本质小管的堵塞率为89.91%,渗透深度为29.6μm;其次涑爽儿童护齿牙膏组,牙本质堵塞率为21.52%,渗透深度为22.2μm;再次是奥乐V儿童护齿剂组,牙本质堵塞率为12.86%,渗透深度为6.8μm。单位面积均为2000μm2。结论:三种实验的儿童牙膏均具有封闭乳牙牙本质小管的作用(P0.05)。其中,奥敏清儿童护齿剂封闭牙本质小管的效果最好,即抗敏效果最佳,其次是涑爽儿童护齿牙膏,再次是奥乐V儿童护齿剂。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the effect of three kinds of children toothpaste on the closure of dentine tubules under the model, and to compare and analyze the anti-sensitive effect of three kinds of children toothpaste. Methods: twenty healthy second primary molars with complete crown were randomly divided into four groups: blank control group (without any treatment) and three experimental toothpaste groups (using Orle V child tooth protector and Aomin Qing child tooth protector respectively). Treat the toothpaste for children. At first, 5 teeth were randomly selected in each group. The teeth were cut into 1 mm thick and 3 mm 脳 3 mm dentin plates by hard tissue cutting machine. After treated with 37% phosphoric acid for 15 seconds, the sensitive dentin molds were prepared. Then, three kinds of toothpaste suspensions were used to brush teeth eight times a day for 3 min (equivalent to brushing teeth twice a day for three minutes, using continuously for four weeks). Finally, the image analysis software was used to process the (SEM) images of the dentine tubules by scanning electron microscope (SEM), and the clogging rate and osmotic depth of the dentine tubules were calculated, and the effects of the three kinds of toothpaste on the closure of the dentine tubules of deciduous teeth were compared. Results: SEM showed that all three kinds of toothpaste had the effect of blocking dentin tubules of deciduous teeth, compared with the control group. The three experimental toothpaste groups showed statistical differences in the number of closed dentine tubules and the penetration depth per unit length of dentine tubules per unit area (P0.05). Among them, the plugging rate of dentine tubules was 89.91, the osmotic depth was 29.6 渭 m, and the osmotic depth was 22.2 渭 m in the children's dentin protecting toothpaste group, and the plugging rate of dentin was 21.52 渭 m, and the osmotic depth was 22.2 渭 m in the Aominqing children's dental protector group. In the third group, the dentin clogging rate was 12.86 and the osmotic depth was 6.8 渭 m. The unit area is 2000 渭 m ~ 2. Conclusion: all three kinds of toothpaste have the effect of blocking dentin tubules of deciduous teeth (P 0.05). Among them, Aomin Qing children's tooth protector has the best effect of sealing dentin tubules, that is, anti-sensitive effect is the best, the second is Shuang Children's toothpaste, and the third is Orle V child's tooth protector.
