口腔种植体使用V型螺纹设计搭配微粗糙表面处理层时对骨整合效果之临床病例报告

【摘要】：目的：评价于临床上口腔人工种植体使用V型螺纹搭配微粗糙表面处理层时，对于骨整合成效及稳定性之临床效果，以期提供更多的治疗及临床之相关讯息。 材料与方法：病例选择：选择11名牙列缺损或缺失之研究对象进行口腔人工种植术，其中男性6位、女性5位，年龄自45岁至71岁，平均年龄为58岁，，患者身体均无其他之全身系统疾病。治疗方法：使用经过微粗糙表面处理的V型螺纹口腔人工种植体来进行种植术，11位患者共植入口腔人工种植体129颗，而后观察口腔人工种植体之骨整合情形，并持续追踪一年以评价临床之成效。 结果：在经过至少一年的持续临床追踪观察随访，植入之口腔人工种植体均获得良好之骨整合成效，患者对使用情形及相关结果均感到满意，口腔人工种植术成功率为100%。 结论： V型螺纹口腔人工种植体搭配微粗糙表面处理层的骨整合效果优良，是一种良好且优秀之种植体型式。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the clinical effect of osseointegration and stability of oral prosthetic implants with V-thread and micro-rough surface treatment, so as to provide more information about treatment and clinic. Materials and methods: 11 patients with dental defect or loss were selected for oral implant implantation, including 6 males and 5 females, aged from 45 to 71 years, with an average age of 58 years. No other systemic diseases were found in the patients. Methods: a V-threaded oral implant with slightly rough surface was used to implant 129 dental implants in 11 patients. The bone integration of dental implants was observed. Follow up for one year to evaluate clinical outcomes. Results: after at least one year of continuous clinical follow-up, the implanted oral implants achieved good results of bone integration, the patients were satisfied with the usage and related results, and the success rate of oral implant implantation was 100%. Conclusion: v-thread dental implants combined with micro-rough surface treatment have good bone integration effect and are a good and excellent implant type.
