两种方法对早期釉质脱矿治疗效果的体外实验研究

【摘要】:目的:比较渗透性树脂和氟化泡沫对早期釉质脱矿后的治疗效果。方法:用部分饱和酸缓冲脱矿液将75个人离体前磨牙制备成早期釉质脱矿模型后随机分为3组(n=25),分别采用去离子水(A组)、氟化泡沫(B组)、渗透性树脂(C组)处理脱矿釉质表面;然后浸泡于人工唾液中37℃恒温水浴放置8周,治疗前和治疗后即刻、4周、8周各时间点用分光光度比色仪检测每个牙的L值;用扫描电镜观察治疗4周后的表面形态。结果:脱矿釉质经3种方法处理后其L值均较治疗前减小,C组减小的幅度最大,B组次之,A组最小,除治疗后即刻A组与B组△L无统计学差异(P0.05)外,其余各时间点各组间△L差异均有统计学意义(P0.05);A组和B组釉质表面粗糙而不均匀,其表面虽有矿物质沉积,但仍有大小不等的凹陷,而C组釉质表面较光滑均匀,无明显凹陷。结论:渗透性树脂和氟化泡沫均可治疗釉质早期脱矿,其中以渗透性树脂的短期效果最明显。
