Er:YAG激光与高速手机处理乳牙牙本质表面对树脂剪切强度影响的对比研究
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare the effect of Er:YAG laser and high speed mobile phone on shear strength of deciduous dentin. Methods: a total of 124 mandibular premolars were collected and embedded in superanhydrite of the size of 3cm 脳 5cm. Each group was randomly divided into 4 groups: group A and group B exposed dentin to labial surface of deciduous teeth with Er:YAG laser (power 2W), group C and group D exposed dentin of labial surface of deciduous teeth with high-speed mobile phone. Group A and group C were treated by acid etching, and the other 120 samples were filled with resin for shear strength test and statistical analysis. Results: the primary dentin treated by Er:YAG laser was found to have rough surface, fish scale, wavy appearance, clean and untarnished surface, and the orifice of dentine tubules was clearly visible. The peritube dentin was more prominent than the intertube dentin on the surface, and a large number of open dentine tubules presented a "cuff" appearance. The surface of the tooth treated by high-speed mobile phone was flat, with a dense smear layer, with obvious cracks, unclear dentin structure, and occasionally open dentin tubules on the dentin section. The shear strength of group A was (11.45 卤3.79) Mpa,B and that of group B was (9.78 卤3.35) Mpa,A (P0.05). The shear strength of group A is not different from that of group B; Group C (8.97 卤4.03) Mpa,D group (5.90 卤3.29) Mpa,C was significantly different from group D (P0.05), the shear strength of group C and D was different. Group A and group C have statistical difference (P0.05), it can be considered that the shear strength of group A and group C is different; group B and group D have statistical difference (P0.05), we can think that the shear strength of group B and group D is different. Conclusion: the shear strength between deciduous dentin and composite resin can be improved by using 2W Er:YAG laser treatment or not. High-speed mobile phone combined with acid etching treatment of deciduous dentin can improve the shear strength of composite resin.
