江西省成年人口腔健康流行病学抽样调查及影响因素分析

【摘要】：目的:掌握江西省成年人口腔健康状况及影响因素,监测口腔常见疾病的患病情况,掌握江西省成年人口腔保健知识、态度、行为现状,分析江西省成年人口腔健康状况变化趋势,为省卫生行政部门制订口腔卫生政策、部署口腔卫生保健工作、规划口腔卫生人力资源配置提供依据。方法:按照东西南北中、城乡、年龄、男女分层抽样,样本量等额分配,男女各半,调查个体随机抽取。调查对象分3个年龄段:35-44岁、55-64岁、65-74岁,总样本量900人,须在当地居住6个月以上。调查内容分为口腔检查和问卷调查,口腔检查包括口腔黏膜、牙状况、牙周状况及义齿修复状况;问卷调查包括调查对象的一般情况、饮食习惯、口腔卫生行为、口腔就医行为、口腔健康知、信、行现状等。结果:江西省35-44岁居民龋病患病率45.33%,龋均1.79,牙石、牙龈出血、牙周袋、附着丧失检出率分别为99.67%、97.33%、27.00%、15.53%,总义齿修复率9.67%,无牙颌率0,人均留存牙数29.65颗。55-64岁居民龋病患病率72.33%,龋均4.36,牙石、牙龈出血、牙周袋、附着丧失检出率分别为98.33%、97.67%、51.33%、56%,总义齿修复率34.33%,无牙颌率0.33%,人均留存牙数27.31颗。65-74岁居民龋病患病率78%,龋均7.41,牙石、牙龈出血、牙周袋、附着丧失检出率分别为93.67%、92.00%、43.67%、63%,义齿修复率40%,无牙颌率2.33%,人均留存牙数23.58颗。受检人群黏膜异常未检出。结论:,龋病和牙周病是我省成年人群口腔疾病中的常见病和多发病;与十年前相比缺牙修复率提高,无牙颌率降低。
[Abstract]:Objective: to master the oral health status and influencing factors of adults in Jiangxi Province, to monitor the prevalence of common oral diseases, to master the oral health knowledge, attitude and behavior of adults in Jiangxi Province. The change trend of oral health status of adults in Jiangxi Province was analyzed in order to provide basis for provincial health administration department to formulate oral hygiene policy, deploy oral health care work and plan oral hygiene human resource allocation. Methods: the subjects were randomly selected according to the sampling data of urban and rural areas, age, stratified sampling of men and women, equal distribution of sample size, and half of men and women. The subjects were divided into three age groups: 35-44 years old, 55-64-year-old and 65-74-year-old. The total sample size was 900, and they were required to live in the area for more than 6 months. Oral examination included oral mucosa, tooth condition, periodontal condition and denture repair. The questionnaire included the general situation of subjects, eating habits, oral hygiene behavior, oral medical behavior, oral health knowledge, letter, and the status quo of practice, and so on. Results: the prevalence rate of caries was 45.33%, the average caries was 1.79, the prevalence rate of dental stone, gingival bleeding, periodontal pocket and attachment loss was 99.67%, 97.33%, 27.00%, 15.53%, respectively. The total denture restoration rate was 9.67%, the edentulous jaw rate was 0, and the number of teeth retained per capita was 29.65. The prevalence rate of dental caries was 72.33%, the average caries rate was 4.36%, the detection rate of dental stone, gingival bleeding, periodontal pocket and attachment loss was 98.33%, respectively. 97.67%, 51.33%, 56%, 34.33% of the total dentures, 0.33% of the edentulous jaws, and 27.31 teeth remained per capita. The prevalence rate of caries was 78%, the average caries was 7.41%, dental stones, gingival bleeding, periodontal bags, and so on. The detection rate of attachment loss was 93.67%, 92.00%, 43.67%, 63%, respectively. The restoration rate of denture was 40%, the rate of edentulous jaw was 2.33%, and the number of teeth retained per capita was 23.58. Mucosal abnormalities were not detected in the tested population. Conclusion: dental caries and periodontitis are common and frequent diseases in adult population of our province, and the rate of missing teeth is higher than that of ten years ago, but the rate of edentulous jaw is lower than that of ten years ago.
