K3、TF和K3XF对弯曲根管成形能力的比较研究及病例报告

【摘要】:第一部分K3、TF和K3XF镍钛器械对单弯透明树脂根管成形能力的研究 目的:比较TF、K3XF和K3三种镍钛器械在单弯透明树脂根管中成形能力方面的差异。方法:将45个单弯透明树脂模拟根管随机分为3组,分别采用TF, K3XF和K3进行根管预备。拍摄预备前后模拟根管的数码照片,使用图像处理、分析软件测量比较3组间根管弯曲度的变化和偏移情况。 结果:TF组和K3XF组的根管弯曲偏移值较小,在统计学上无显著性差异(P0.05);而K3组偏移值较大与TF组和K3XF组在统计学上有显著性差异(P0.05)。 结论:在预备单弯透明树脂根管中,新型镍钛器械TF和K3XF较传统镍钛器械K3能更好地维持根管原有形态。 第二部分K3、TF和K3XF镍钛器械对双弯透明树脂根管成形能力的研究 目的:比较TF、 K3XF和K3三种镍钛器械在预备双弯透明树脂根管中成形能力方面的差异。 方法:将45个双弯透明树脂根管随机分为3组,分别采用TF, K3XF和K3进行根管预备。拍摄预备前后模拟根管的数码照片,使用图像处理、分析软件测量并比较3组间根管弯曲度的变化和偏移情况,同时比较三组间预备时间和器械分离状况。 结果:K3XF组的根管偏移值较其余两组小,在统计学上有显著性差异(P0.05);而K3组偏移值最大与TF组和K3XF组在统计学上有显著性差异(P0.05)。TF组预备完成时间(526秒)明显小于K3XF组(684秒)和K3组(710秒)。 结论:在预备双弯透明树脂根管中,K3XF能够更好地维持根管原有形态,TF能够更加快速的完成根管预备,而传统镍钛器械K3可能造成更大的根管偏移。
[Abstract]:Part I study on the ability of K3, TF and K3XF nickel-titanium instruments to shape the root canals of single bending transparent resin objective: to compare the formability of TF,K3XF and K3 nickel-titanium instruments in single curved transparent resin root canals. Methods: 45 simulated root canals with single curved transparent resin were randomly divided into three groups. TF, K3XF and K3 were used for root canal preparation, respectively. The digital photos of simulated root canals were taken before and after preparation, and the changes and shifts of root canal curvature among the three groups were measured and compared by image processing and analysis software. Results: there was no significant difference in root canal bending offset between TF group and K3XF group (P 0.05), but there was significant difference between K3 group and TF group and K3XF group (P 0.05). Conclusion: the new nickel-titanium instruments TF and K3XF can maintain the original root canal morphology better than the traditional nickel-titanium instrument K3 in the preparation of single curved transparent resin root canals. Methods: 45 double curved transparent resin root canals were randomly divided into three groups. TF, K3XF and K 3 were used for root canal preparation. The digital photos of simulated root canals were taken before and after preparation, and the changes and offsets of root canal curvature among the three groups were measured and compared by image processing, and the preparation time and instrument separation among the three groups were compared at the same time. Results: the root canal migration value of K3XF group was significantly lower than that of the other two groups (P 0.05), while the maximum deviation value of K3 group was significantly different from that of TF group and K3XF group (P 0.05).
