三维打印技术在颅颌面外科中的临床应用

前言颅颌面骨骼的修复因其解剖结构复杂,又毗邻众多重要组织,且由于颅颌面部是个人身份识别的重要标志,有着不可或缺的社交功能,对于个体生活质量有着巨大的影响,颅颌面骨骼的修复对精度有着极高的要求。颅颌面骨骼修复的目标是要同时恢复其美观和功能,这就需要精准的术前设计和术中虚拟设计方案的转化应用。颅颌面骨骼修复的金标准是自体骨移植。然而,由于自体骨移植后骨骼供区的不适、供区取骨加术中雕刻导致手术时间过长,术后感染风险颇高、且无法用于修复过大的骨骼缺损等原因,自体骨移植的应用受到了颇多限制。因此人工骨材料的研究在颅颌面修复领域愈发得到关注。新一代的人工骨材料为可塑性医用树脂和羟基磷灰石(epoxide acrylate maleic andhydroxyapatite,EH)微粒,该材料具有良好的生物相容性、炎性反应小、允许宿主组织长入且吸收量有限;但缺点是材质较脆,术中难以塑形。自20世纪90年代以来,快速成型技术和计算机辅助技术的快速发展,使得它已然成为医疗领域的新宠。过去的十年中,三维打印技术(一种快速成型技术)被广泛应用于定制个性化的手术工具、导向装置和内植物等。快速成型技术(rapid...
