不同试验方法对弱酸性电解水生成器杀菌效能评价结果的影响

【摘要】：目的了解一种弱酸性电解水生成器的杀菌效能,研究不同消毒学方法对试验结果的影响。方法分别采用2002年版《消毒技术规范》和GB 28234-2011《酸性氧化电位水生成器安全与卫生标准》中杀菌试验方法,对某弱酸性电解水生成器的杀菌效能进行检测。结果依据2002年版《消毒技术规范》,该生成器制备的酸性电解水对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌作用3.0 min,杀灭对数均值分别为1.97、1.81和0.49;依据GB 28234-2011《酸性氧化电位水生成器安全与卫生标准》,该生成器的酸性电解水对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌作用3.0 min,杀灭对数值均5.00。结论不同的试验方法对结果能够产生较大的影响,消毒体系中消毒因子的浓度、试验菌的浓度以及有机干扰物的浓度等都是差异产生的重要影响因素。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the germicidal efficacy of a weak acid electrolytic water generator. To study the influence of different disinfection methods on the test results. Methods the germicidal test methods of 2002 edition of disinfection technical specification and GB 28234-2011 of safety and hygiene standard of acid oxidation potential water generator were used, respectively. The germicidal efficacy of a weak acid electrolytic water generator was tested. Results according to the 2002 edition of the Technical Specification for Disinfection, the acidic electrolytic water prepared by the generator was applied to Escherichia coli. The average killing logarithm of Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans was 1.97 and 0.49 respectively in 3.0 min. According to GB28234-2011 "Safety and Sanitary Standard of Acid Oxidation potential Water Generator", the acidic electrolytic water of the generator was used to treat Escherichia coli. Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans were exposed to 3.0 min, killing logarithmic values were 5.00.Conclusion different test methods can have a great effect on the results, and the concentration of disinfection factors in the disinfection system can be greatly affected. The concentration of the tested bacteria and the concentration of organic disturbance are the important factors influencing the difference.
