蛔虫卵高压脉冲电场杀灭方法研究

【摘要】: 寄生虫病长期危害人们身体健康,严重影响了经济的发展,制约着人们生活水平的进一步提高。因此,寄生虫病的防治具有重大的社会意义。杀灭寄主排泄出的寄生虫卵,切断感染源,破坏其生命周期,是降低寄生虫感染率的最有力的方法。 常用的寄生虫病感染源药物处理方法存在易产生抗药性、污染环境、毒杀其他生物等弊端,改善卫生条件措施存在投资大,推进速度慢等缺点。针对现有措施的不足,本文提出了一种利用高压脉冲电场技术杀灭寄生虫卵的新方法,研究了该方法的可行性,介绍了蛔虫卵生物膜结构的模型,探讨了猪蛔虫卵高压脉冲电场杀灭机理,设计了高压脉冲电源,研制了实验室寄生虫卵杀灭装置,进行了猪蛔虫卵高压脉冲电场杀灭试验。 本文共分为六章: 第一章描述了常见寄生虫病的危害,介绍了高压脉冲电场技术现状和发展趋势,说明了高压脉冲电场技术应用于寄生虫卵杀灭的重大意义,指出了本文的研究背景和主要内容。 第二章介绍了猪蛔虫卵的结构,探讨了猪蛔虫卵的介电模型,研究了猪蛔虫卵高压脉冲电场杀灭技术机理。 第三章主要介绍了高压脉冲发生器原理,设计了基于电力电子开关器件的高压脉冲电源。 第四章介绍了高压脉冲电场试验装置结构,设计了四种处理电极形式,分析气液两相时电场分布和电压击穿随机过程,讨论了试验安全性防护措施。 第五章介绍猪蛔虫卵杀灭试验设计,描述了猪蛔虫卵杀灭试验过程,分析了试验数据和实验现象。 最后结论部分总结了本文的创新和不足。 寄生虫卵高压脉冲电场杀灭方法避免了现有寄生虫病防治方法的不足,还具有污水降解,杀菌等功效,具有积极的社会意义和广阔的应用前景,为进一步降低寄生虫病感染率提供了一种绿色的的崭新途径。
[Abstract]:Parasitosis has been harmful to people's health for a long time, has seriously affected the development of economy and restricted the further improvement of people's living standard. Therefore, the prevention and treatment of parasitic diseases has great social significance. Cutting off the source of infection and destroying its life cycle is the most powerful way to reduce the infection rate of parasites. The commonly used drug treatment methods for parasitic infection sources have disadvantages such as easy to produce drug resistance, pollute the environment, poison and kill other living things. The measures to improve sanitary conditions have disadvantages such as large investment, slow speed of advance, etc. In view of the shortcomings of the existing measures, In this paper, a new method of killing parasite eggs by using high voltage pulsed electric field is proposed. The feasibility of this method is studied. The model of biofilm structure of Ascaris lumbricoides eggs is introduced, and the mechanism of killing parasite eggs by high voltage pulsed electric field is discussed. The high voltage pulse power supply was designed, the laboratory parasite egg killing device was developed, and the experiment of killing the eggs of Ascaris suis by high voltage pulse electric field was carried out. This paper is divided into six chapters:. The first chapter describes the harm of common parasitic diseases, introduces the current situation and development trend of high-voltage pulsed electric field technology, and explains the great significance of the application of high-voltage pulsed electric field technology in the killing of parasite eggs. The research background and main contents of this paper are pointed out. In chapter 2, the structure of Ascaris lumbricoides eggs is introduced, the dielectric model of Ascaris lumbricoides eggs is discussed, and the mechanism of high voltage pulsed electric field killing of Ascaris lumbricoides eggs is studied. In chapter 3, the principle of high voltage pulse generator is introduced, and the high voltage pulse power supply based on power electronic switch device is designed. In chapter 4th, the structure of high voltage pulsed electric field test device is introduced, four kinds of treatment electrodes are designed, the electric field distribution and the random process of voltage breakdown in gas-liquid two-phase are analyzed, and the safety protection measures are discussed. Chapter 5th introduces the design of ascaris lumbricoides eggs killing test, describes the process of ascaris suum eggs killing test, analyzes the experimental data and experimental phenomena. Finally, the conclusion summarizes the innovation and deficiency of this paper. The method of killing parasite eggs with high voltage pulse electric field avoids the deficiency of existing methods of preventing and treating parasitic diseases, and has the functions of sewage degradation, sterilization and so on. It has positive social significance and broad application prospect. It provides a new green way to reduce the infection rate of parasitic diseases.
