济南市历城区1-12岁儿童水痘-带状疱疹病毒抗体水平调查

【摘要】:目的了解济南市历城区1-12岁儿童水痘抗体水平,为完善水痘疫苗(VarV)免疫预防提供参考依据。方法2013年6-7月采取多阶段随机抽样方法抽取城区、农村山区、农村平原6个村(居委会)1-12岁健康儿童,采集血标本,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测水痘Ig G抗体。结果共调查274名儿童,水痘抗体总阳性率为43.07%,几何平均浓度(GMC)为82.28mIU/ml。在无VarV免疫史儿童中,平原地区、山区儿童水痘抗体阳性率分别为52.94%、22.06%(χ~2=12.17,P0.05),GMC分别为126.70 mIU/ml、38.36 mIU/ml(t=2.97,P0.05);1-6岁、7-12岁儿童水痘抗体阳性率分别为14.75%、54.44%(χ~2=24.21,P0.05),GMC分别为28.55mIU/ml、144.61mIU/ml(t=4.67,P0.05)。调查儿童水痘疫苗接种率为44.89%;有、无VarV接种史者抗体阳性率分别为46.55%、26.45%(χ~2=10.36,P0.05),GMC分别为85.27mIU/ml、44.68mIU/ml(t=0.61,P0.05)。接种首剂VarV后3-5年抗体阳性率和GMC最低(40.00%,74.76mIU/ml),但接种后不同年限之间均无显著性差异。首剂VarV接种后抗体阴性儿童接种第2剂次后,抗体阳转率为96.61%(57/59),GMC为397.53mIU/ml。结论济南市历城区1-12岁儿童VarV接种率、水痘抗体阳性率偏低,接种第2剂次后可显著提高水痘抗体水平。应在提高1剂次疫苗接种率基础上,实施2剂次疫苗免疫策略。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the level of chickenpox antibody in children aged 1-12 in Luicheng, Jinan, and to provide a reference for the improvement of varv immunization. Methods from June to July, 2013, a multi-stage random sampling method was used to select the chickenpox antibody from urban areas and rural mountainous areas. Blood samples were collected from 6 villages in rural plain (healthy children aged 1-12 years). Elisa Elisa was used to detect the IgG antibody of chickenpox. Results 274 children were investigated. The total positive rate of chickenpox antibody was 43.07 and the geometric mean concentration (GMC) was 82.28 m VarV / ml. In children with no history of VarV immunization, in plain areas, The positive rates of chickenpox antibodies in children of mountainous areas were 52.94 and 22.06 (蠂 2 / 12.17 / P 0.05 / GMC = 126.70 mIUml / r = 38.36 mIUml / ml / t 2.97% / 1 ~ 6 years old) respectively. The positive rates of chickenpox antibodies in children aged 1-6 years were 14.7554.444.44 (蠂 2 / 2 / 24.21P0.05 / GMC = 28.55 mIUml / r ~ 144.61mIUml / t 4.67mU / r = 4.67P0.05 respectively). The vaccination rate of chickenpox vaccine was 44.89%. The positive rates of antibody were 46.55% and 26.45% respectively (蠂 ~ (2) 10.36 ~ (6)) P 0.05 were 85.27 m / ml respectively. The positive rate of antibody in 3-5 years after inoculation with VarV and the lowest level of 40.0074.76 m / ml of GMC in children inoculated with the first dose of VarV were not significantly different between the years after inoculation and the second time after inoculation with the first dose of VarV, the results showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups in the three to five years after the inoculation of the first dose of VarV, the results showed that the positive rate of the antibody was not significantly different between the three to five years after the inoculation of the first dose of VarV and the lowest level of 40.0074.76 mm / ml of GMC. The positive rate of antibody was 96.61% 57 / 59 MMC was 397.53 mIUP 路ml.ConclusionThe positive rate of chickenpox antibody was lower in children aged 1-12 years old in Jinan city, and the level of varicella antibody could be significantly increased after inoculating the second dose of vaccine, and should be based on the increase of vaccination rate of 1 dose vaccine. Carry out 2 doses of vaccine immunization strategy.
