2012-2015年广西龙州县低档暗娼哨点监测结果分析

【摘要】：目的了解龙州县低档暗娼的艾滋病知识知晓情况,行为特征,艾滋病病毒(HIV)、梅毒和丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)感染情况,为完善暗娼哨点监测干预措施提供依据。方法 2012-2015年对龙州县辖区内的低档暗娼进行问卷调查以及血清学检测。结果 2012-2015年共调查788名低档暗娼,各年低档暗娼的艾滋病知识知晓率分别为98.6%(204/207)、97.7%(209/214)、99.0%(191/193)和96.6%(168/174)。坚持使用安全套的比例呈现小幅度的波动,但在4年间均达到90%以上。总体HIV、梅毒、HCV感染率分别为1.1%(9/788)、13.1%(103/788)和1.3%(10/788)。4年间低档暗娼HIV感染率从2.9%(6/207)下降至0(0/174),梅毒感染率从30.4%(63/207)下降至16.1%(28/174)(P0.01)。在4年间HCV感染率在1.3%(10/788)左右波动,较为稳定(P0.05)。结论龙州县低档暗娼HIV感染率已经得到初步控制,但仍存在一定的梅毒和HCV流行,需要加强干预。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the AIDS knowledge, behavioral characteristics, HIV / AIDS, syphilis and hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection among low rank prostitutes in Longzhou County, and to provide evidence for the improvement of sentinel surveillance and intervention.Methods from 2012 to 2015, a questionnaire survey and serological examination were carried out among low grade prostitutes in Longzhou County.Results A total of 788 low-grade prostitutes were investigated in 2012-2015.
