基于引力法的医疗服务地理可及性可视化表达方法及实证研究

【摘要】：目的 :改进传统的引力法,更科学地测算并可视化表达医疗服务地理可及性。方法 :以上海为样本地区,收集、整理行政区划、道路交通、人口分布、医疗机构等基础数据,以引力法为基础,按照聚焦问题、修改方法、数据模拟、专家论证、完善方法的思路展开研究。结果 :修正了引力法的计算公式,使之与Arc GIS软件操作程序更加配套,进而研制了一整套基于引力法思路的可视化表达医疗服务地理可及性的操作步骤。结论 :基于引力法的医疗服务地理可及性可视化表达方法及实证研究可为医疗资源的调整提供依据。
[Abstract]:Objective: to improve the traditional gravitation method to calculate and visualize the geographical accessibility of medical services more scientifically.Methods: taking Shanghai as the sample area, the basic data such as administrative division, road traffic, population distribution and medical institution were collected and collated, and based on gravity method, according to the focus problem, modified method, data simulation, expert demonstration, etc.The idea of perfecting the method is studied.Results: the calculation formula of gravitation method was modified to match the Arc GIS operating program, and a whole set of operation steps for visualizing the geographical accessibility of medical service was developed based on the idea of gravitation method.Conclusion: the visualization method and empirical study of geographical accessibility of medical services based on gravity method can provide basis for the adjustment of medical resources.
