钝化处理技术在预防手术器械锈蚀中的应用

【摘要】:目的探索手术器械除锈、防锈和延缓器械锈蚀以及减少器械损耗的方法。方法将480件不锈钢器械,按照新手术器械、德国和国产显微器械、复杂结构器械分为4类,每类平均分为对照组和实验组,分别采用常规清洗流程和加用钝化处理流程进行处理,观察2种方法使用后手术器械的锈蚀发生情况及除锈效果。结果加用钝化处理的手术器械锈蚀发生率低,且对复杂性结构器械的除锈效果更彻底,可降低器械后期锈蚀率,实验组和对照组间锈蚀率比较差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论钝化处理技术有助于加厚器械表面钝化层,延缓器械锈蚀,降低器械损耗。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the methods of removing rust, preventing rust and delaying the corrosion of surgical instruments and reducing the wear and tear of instruments.Methods 480 stainless steel instruments were divided into four groups according to the new surgical instruments, German and domestic microinstruments, and complicated structure instruments, each of which was divided into control group and experimental group on average.The conventional cleaning process and the passivation treatment process were used respectively to observe the occurrence of rust and the effect of rust removal after the two methods were used.Results the rate of rust of surgical instruments treated with passivation was low, and the effect of removing rust on complex structure instruments was more thorough, which could reduce the rate of late corrosion of instruments. The difference between the experimental group and the control group was statistically significant (P 0.01).Conclusion Passivation treatment is helpful for thickening the surface passivation layer of the instrument, delaying the corrosion of the instrument and reducing the loss of the instrument.
