胸外科手术患者医院感染发生密度调查

【摘要】：目的了解医院胸外科患者术后感染情况,为预防和控制医院感染提供参考依据。方法对某三甲教学医院住院实施胸外科手术的患者医院感染情况进行调查。结果共调查胸外科手术患者1 223例,发生术后感染104例、110例次,术后感染率为8.50%、感染例次率为8.99%,医院感染发生密度为4.14‰。在胸外科术后感染患者中,发生感染最多的部位是呼吸道,其次是手术切口。结论胸外科术后医院感染应当引起关注,应加强术后患者呼吸道感染管理。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the postoperative infection of chest surgery patients in hospital and to provide reference for prevention and control of nosocomial infection. Methods the nosocomial infection of the patients undergoing thoracic surgery in a three-A teaching hospital was investigated.
