介绍一种麻醉喉镜片的消毒方法

【摘要】：正麻醉喉镜是直接与病人口咽部粘膜、唾液有时甚至是血液接触的侵入性操作器具,如清洁及消毒方法不当,容易对病人的呼吸道有刺激,可能引起使用病人之间发生交叉感染。现在使用的麻醉喉镜多为重复性使用的喉镜片,一般分为光纤喉镜片和非光纤喉镜片,光纤喉镜片耐温、耐湿,使用寿命长,性能好,但价格贵。我院现在使用的均为光纤喉镜片,平时麻醉喉镜片只用碘伏棉球擦拭、生理盐水冲洗后使用,且使用频繁。高压灭菌及消毒液侵泡消毒
