过氧化氢与含氯消毒剂对口腔综合治疗台水消毒效果与污染状况调查

【摘要】:目的观察含氯消毒剂对医疗机构口腔综合治疗台水消毒效果及口腔治疗用水污染状况。方法采用细菌定量检测和现场抽样调查方法,对扬州市医疗机构口腔综合治疗台用水污染状况及消毒效果进行检测与分析。结果共采集综合治疗台手机水和冲洗水各124份,细菌含量手机水中位值最高为1 521 cfu/ml,口腔冲洗水细菌含量中位值最高为586 cfu/ml。综合治疗台水每日用10 g/L过氧化氢消毒全管路一次,每周使用有效氯350 mg/L含氯消毒剂消毒全管路一次,对照组不做任何处理。对照组与实验组相比,手机水合格率分别由之前的20.97%提高到79.03%;冲洗水由53.23%提高到80.65%。结论扬州市医疗机构口腔综合治疗台水路污染情况严重,用含氯消毒剂等实施干预措施可以有效控制治疗台水路污染。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the efficacy of chlorinated disinfectant in disinfection of oral water in medical institutions. Methods the contamination of water and disinfection effect of oral comprehensive treatment table in Yangzhou medical institution were detected and analyzed by means of bacterial quantitative detection and spot sampling investigation. Results A total of 124 samples of mobile phone water and washing water were collected. The median value of bacterial content in mobile phone water and oral flushing water was 1 521 cfur / ml and 586 cfur / ml, respectively. The comprehensive treatment table water was sterilized once a day with 10 g / L hydrogen peroxide and once a week with the available chlorine 350 mg/L chlorine disinfectant. The control group did not do any treatment. In the control group and the experimental group, the eligible rate of mobile phone water increased from 20.97% to 79.03%, and the flush water increased from 53.23% to 80.65%. Conclusion the situation of water pollution in the comprehensive oral treatment platform of Yangzhou medical institutions is serious. The use of chlorine disinfectant and other intervention measures can effectively control the water pollution of the treatment platform.
