一种市售对氯间二甲苯酚消毒液的杀菌效果观察

【摘要】：目的观察一种对氯间二甲苯酚消毒液的杀菌效果。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验方法,对该消毒液的杀菌效果及其影响因素进行试验观察。结果用浓度为165 mg/L的对氯间二苯酚消毒液,对悬液内金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌分别作用5 min和10 min,平均杀灭对数值均5;用浓度为500 mg/L的对氯间二苯酚消毒液,对悬液内白色念珠菌作用10 min,平均杀灭对数值5。在10℃~30℃温度范围内,随温度降低,对氯间二苯酚的杀菌效果明显降低。结论该消毒剂对细菌繁殖体和真菌具有良好的杀灭效果,但其杀菌效果受环境温度影响明显。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the germicidal efficacy of a p-chloro-m-xylenol disinfectant solution. Methods suspension quantitative germicidal test was used to observe the germicidal effect and its influencing factors. Results the average killing logarithm of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli in suspension was 5, 5 and 5, respectively, with the sterilizing solution of p chloro-m-diphenol at the concentration of 165 mg/L, and the disinfectant of p-chloro-m-diphenol with the concentration of 500 mg/L.
