2010-2012年某医院消毒质量监测

【摘要】:目的了解医院的消毒质量和存在的问题,为进一步完善医院的消毒隔离工作,控制医院感染提供依据。方法对医院室内空气、物体表面、医务人员手、使用中的消毒剂、消毒物品、灭菌物品、消毒后的胸水和引流液、清洗消毒后的衣物、紫外线灯辐照强度进行采样检测。结果 3年共采样4 083份,合格3 760份,平均合格率为92.09%。2010-2012年合格率分别是89.83%、93.52%和93.02%。不同监测项目中,无菌物品、清洗消毒后的衣物类合格率最高,为100%;其次是使用中消毒液、消毒物品、消毒后胸水引流液和物体表面,合格率分别为99.73%、97.92%、97.65%和96.20%;有室内空气、医务人员手和紫外线灯合格率较低,分别为88.70%、76.00%和75.14%。结论医院消毒质量总体较好,但仍有薄弱环节,应进一步加强医院消毒管理和监测工作,及时发现医院感染的各种隐患,降低医院感染的发生。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the disinfection quality and existing problems in hospitals and to provide basis for further improvement of disinfection and isolation in hospitals and control of nosocomial infection. Methods Indoor air, surface of objects, hands of medical personnel, disinfectants, sterilizers, sterilizing articles, sterilized pleural effusion and drainage fluid, washing and disinfecting clothes, and radiation intensity of ultraviolet lamp were sampled and tested. Results 4 083 samples were collected in 3 years, 3 760 were qualified, the average qualified rate was 92.09. The qualified rate in 2010-2012 was 89.83% and 93.02%, respectively. Among the different monitoring items, the qualified rate of clothings after cleaning and disinfection was the highest (100%), followed by disinfectant in use, sterilized articles, drainage fluid and surface of objects after disinfection, the qualified rates were 99.73%, 97.92% and 97.65% and 96.20%, respectively. There was indoor air. The qualified rates of hand and ultraviolet lamp were 88.70% and 75.14% respectively. Conclusion the quality of hospital disinfection is good on the whole, but there are still some weak links. It is necessary to further strengthen the management and monitoring of hospital disinfection, to find all kinds of hidden dangers of hospital infection in time, and to reduce the occurrence of nosocomial infection.
