超声清洗机应用于器械除锈的效果观察

【摘要】:目的探讨超声清洗机在器械除锈方面的应用。方法挑选同等锈渍的生锈器械800件,随机分为两组,每组400件,先将器械放入按1∶270比例配制好的酶溶液里清洗有机污染物。实验组把器械放入按1∶7比例配制好的除锈剂溶液(水温80℃)中,用塑料整理箱盛放入超声清洗机中(水温设定80℃)超声10 min后用软毛刷刷洗。对照组将器械放入按1∶7比例配比的除锈剂80℃溶液中,无恒温浸泡10 min后用软毛刷刷洗。比较两种除锈方法的器械除锈合格率。结果实验组器械合格率为99.00%,对照组器械合格率为79.95%。结论 80℃恒温超声清洗可增强除锈剂对器械的除锈效果。
