【摘要】:正医用超声诊疗技术是一种广泛应用的易操作、低成本、无电离、无创或低创伤的诊疗手段。超声诊疗设备的核心部件是超声探头,通过中介媒质超声耦合剂充填使超声探头与人体形成一个完整密封的声波穿透系统,从而完成疾病诊断。操作过程中,超声探头和耦合剂可直接接触患者皮肤或粘膜,在急诊或放射等诊疗中甚至可接触患者的开放性伤口、溃疡、导流管以及一些维持生命体征的设备,易造成交叉感染。国外诸多文献及相关报道指出"随着超声在医学诊断中应用的增加,超声探头和耦合剂都
[Abstract]:Medical ultrasonic diagnosis and treatment technology is a widely used easy to operate, low cost, non-ionizing, non-invasive or low-trauma diagnosis and treatment means. Ultrasonic probe is the core component of ultrasonic diagnosis and treatment equipment. The ultrasonic probe is filled with medium ultrasonic coupling agent to form a complete sealed acoustic penetration system with the human body, so as to complete the disease diagnosis. During operation, ultrasound probes and couplers can directly contact the skin or mucous membrane of the patient, and even open wounds, ulcers, diversion tubes, and equipment to maintain vital signs during emergency or radiation diagnosis.
