【摘要】：目的研究苄索氯铵乳膏的抑菌作用和皮肤刺激性。方法采用稀释法和动物实验法,对苄索氯铵乳膏进行抑菌效果与皮肤刺激性评价。结果苄索氯铵乳膏10%稀释液对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌作用2 min,抑菌率均为100%。多次涂抹完整皮肤刺激试验中,每天每只动物平均积分值为0.29。结论该苄索氯铵乳膏10%稀释液对两种试验菌具有良好的抑菌效果,对实验动物完整皮肤无刺激性。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the bacteriostasis and skin irritation of benzoin chloride cream. Methods the bacteriostasis effect and skin irritation of benzoin chloride cream were evaluated by dilution and animal experiments. Results the effect of 10% diluents on Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli was 2 min, and the bacteriostasis rate was 100%. multiple smear of complete skin. In the stimulation test, the average score of each animal per day was 0.29. conclusion that the 10% diluent of benzyl chloride cream had good bacteriostasis effect on two kinds of experimental bacteria and had no irritation to the whole skin of the experimental animals.
