光活化杀虫剂K-01对白纹伊蚊毒杀作用的研究

【摘要】:蚊虫对人类的危害不仅是吸血骚扰,而且能传播多种疾病,,如疟疾、丝虫病、登革热、流行性乙型脑炎和黄热病等。蚊虫防制是控制蚊媒病流行的重要措施,尤其是对于某些蚊媒病(如登革热),媒介控制是目前预防其发生和流行的唯一有效措施。 目前用于蚊虫防制的主要措施是化学防治。传统的化学合成杀虫剂有机氯类(如DDT、六六六)、有机磷类(如马拉硫磷)、氨基甲酸酯等,这些杀虫剂虽然对靶标生物是高效的,但它们对人类以及其它多种动物也具有危害性。长期使用后,造成了突出的“3R”问题,即抗性(Resistance)、残留(Residue)、再猖獗(Re-rampancy)。随着人们环保意识的日益增加,传统化学杀虫剂的使用受到的压力越来越大。开发高效、低毒、不易产生抗性、环保的杀虫剂品种成为蚊虫化学防治领域中的一个重要课题。由于光敏剂具有上述特点,成为科学家们开发新型杀虫剂研究的热门化合物。人们已经利用多种光敏剂、靶标昆虫及光照条件对光活化作用控制害虫种群进行了研究,发现咕吨类、吖啶类染料,卟啉及其类似衍生物,呋喃香豆素类、多炔类和噻吩类等植物源化合物作为光活化杀虫剂的研究开发潜力巨大。 本研究是在对几种光敏剂的光活化毒杀活性筛选基础上,对光活化杀虫剂K-01进行进一步研究。将通过观察K-01对白纹伊蚊(Aedes albopictus)的毒杀
[Abstract]:Mosquitoes are not only harmful to human beings, but also can spread many diseases, such as malaria, filariasis, dengue fever, epidemic encephalitis and yellow fever. Mosquito control is an important measure to control the epidemic of mosquito-borne diseases, especially for some mosquito-borne diseases, such as dengue fever, vector control is the only effective measure to prevent its occurrence and epidemic. At present, chemical control is the main measure for mosquito control. Traditional chemically synthesized pesticides such as organochlorine (DDT, BHC) and organophosphorus (such as malathion, carbamate, etc.) these insecticides are highly effective to target organisms, but they are also harmful to human beings and many other animals. After long term use, a prominent "3R" problem is caused, that is, resistance to resistance, residual residueal, and rampant Re-rampancy. With the increasing awareness of environmental protection, the use of traditional chemical pesticides is under increasing pressure. It is an important subject in the field of mosquito chemical control to develop insecticide varieties with high efficiency, low toxicity and low resistance. Because of the above characteristics, Guang Min has become a hot compound in the research of new insecticides. A variety of Guang Min agents, target insects and illumination conditions have been used to control pest populations by photoactivation. It has been found that goo ton, acridine dyes, porphyrins and their analogous derivatives, furancoumarin, have been found. Phytochemicals such as polyacetylene and thiophene have great potential as photoactive insecticides. Based on the screening of photoactivated toxicant activity of several Guang Min agents, the photoactive insecticide K-01 was further studied. Toxicides of Aedes albopictus, were observed by K-01.
